BlueNinja
Decanter of Endless Water (Air, etc)Build a gadget with Q5 and one point in Elemental Mastery. The technique doesn't really matter, since Mastery allows you to create the element at will. A decent-sized quantum pool should be included for more bizarre effecs, like turning it briefly into a Decanter of Endless Tidal Waves. ::happy One for Air could be used for trips in submarines or spaceships. So what your saying is that the device has the actual quantum pool itself? Interesting way of doing it? Could this effect apply to other devices & items. Alex Green
Mostly these work, although finding someone to make them might be hard... although it is a standard PC type.Decanter of Endless Water (Air, etc)Build a gadget with Q5 and one point in Elemental Mastery. The technique doesn't really matter, since Mastery allows you to create the element at will. Then you probably want "Shaping" since that's the one where we have rules for how much of the element is created... and if you want a drink of water you don't want to *have* to knock down walls with the 'Bolt.A decent-sized quantum pool should be included for more bizarre effecs, like turning it briefly into a Decanter of Endless Tidal Waves. ::happy Sounds like a powermax. For that you'd want the nova who's powers you are copying.Build a gadget with Spatial Manipulation. Alex Green
My book isn't with me, doesn't that only apply to energy?
Blue Thunder
For examples, all they give are heat and electricity (if memory serves). But I don't see why it can't make water.
Nullifier
For examples, all they give are heat and electricity (if memory serves). But I don't see why it can't make water.Because in the classical sense water is a form of matter, not energy. You could make heat, light, electricity, magnetism, gravity, kinetic force, fire, plasma, various EM spectra (uv, x-rays, radio, infrared, etc.), radiation (gamma rays, quantum), strong and weak nuclear forces, etc. But not wood, metal, water, air, biomass, etc. 'cause all that stuff is in the classical sense matter, and the power does only create energy according to the book.
