Long
I'll be going to this. If any of you would prefer quick transport, I can arrange for it very easily. Just let me know.
Liam Stewart: TAG
The open invitation sent by the tribal councils asking for a representative of Team Tomorrow to attend was graciously routed to the Tn2M. We drew straws.

Origami
That's a funny one. I doubt things will get too out of hand though, with the sheer number of Novas being there. I just hope it doesn't turn into a second Ibiza-esque situation. I... tend to bruise easier compared to the other novas there.I just want a nice vacation, would that be too much to ask? No bugs, lots of fun and with a little luck you can take home a wad.

Sakurako Hino
Well, perhaps she wants to see the geological formations in that area. I hear the channel scablands in Washington State are just as inspiring.Getting a picture with Wakinyan... Just by dropping some cash. What are you, a tourist attraction? Quite frankly I try to stay away from New York. Reminds me too much of Tokyo.Monte Carlo; I save that locale if I wish to write a spy novel. Too european.Beirut; That is too close to the Middle East. I don't care how things have changed, I wouldn't even venture going there without hiring some of DeVrie's best.I don't think that a reservation on the outskirts of Rapid City or there-a-bouts would be that bad. Although I think the concept of Reservations only having Casinos would be insulting to our Griffon friend. And Sakurako, you have been to far more places than I. I think your trip to Europa far outweighs anyplace on Earth. Although the thought of looking around that region you mentioned in Washington State sounds interesting.Question; is there any opportunities for whitewater experiences in the Black Hills or regions nearby? I've been wanting to experience that first hand.
Origami
Oh, and while I'm on the subject of Whitewater rafting, Sakurako, do you have anything in your company that is good gear for such a trip?

It may seem counterintuitive but the rentier economies of the much of the region helped suppress democratic movements. Now that the green spigot has reduced to a trickle groups such as the House of Saud has been forced to deal with internal pressures without the options of simply buying off the populace or leaning on the United States for military might. Give it some time and we could see a dramatic political renaissance in the region.
Typhoon
I'll try to be there by the 4th, however inland travel is sometimes difficult for me.
Satyr
A party full o' novas in the colonies celebrating your vaunted American indendence. Be this 'invite only' or can anyone join in?
Wakinyan
No exactly, it is a cultural gathering primarily. But yeah we also do the Eat, drink and blow shit up thing on the 4th as well. Kinda funny we celebrate the birth of the country that decimated Native Americans but what can you do? A party is a party.
Origami
I think it is also a thumb to the nose for all those that thought your people would have been wiped from the records as it were. Now perhaps with you around, and the change of your people's fortunes in general, that you now have something to celebrate. Then again, this is today. Not the colonial period of North America. Sakurako Hino
It is, trust me. I had fun last time, that is for sure. Should be interesting to see the looks on people's faces when I show off the fireworks I have planned. ^___^
Origami
Fireworks... YOUR fireworks...Perhaps you should do the display in the middle of an unpopulated area... with about 20 kilometers around the launch site with no concentrations of population?Just kidding, but can anyone who did see the fireworks tell me exactly what she did? So I can dress appropriately. Should I get a vulcanologist's heat-resistant suit or should I be fine with a firefighter's fire-resistant gear? Oh my, now I'm using emotes. Sakurako Hino
No need to ask anyone, I'll tell you.It was a short spread, high altitude ignition, mini-plasma charge. No more dangerous than a standard firework at worse. At least for the big ones. But with the design and layout I was able at the finale to illuminate the fairgrounds as if it was 3 times brighter than a full moon night. I combined it with a timed laser performance as well.At least it didn't smell like gunpowder afterward. I've found that sort of smell makes me sneeze. Ptesan-Wi
It's worth noting that everyone is welcome to join in the Gourd Dance after the opening ground blessing. Please join in; it's a lot of fun! (And no, we're not the Kiowa; there's no peyote used in our Dance... )

Tekk One
Hey there Wakinyan, I'm in route to your location. I wanted to be early so I could do some sight-seeing before the party starts. Also if you need a hand with anything I'm all for that to.
Origami
I should be in the area shortly. there were some storms that delayed my flight in. My flight from LAX to Rapid City should be boarding in an hour. Can't wait to see everyone there.
Tekk One
If it's cool with you I can meet you at the airport and we both can make our way over there together. I'm already in that area and I think it would be great to have some company to the rest of the trip.
The White Rat
It has been a long time my friend. If I was not already occupied with my research, I would have made an appearance. It is probably for the best; I would'nt want to cause any problems. Besides, It's still too hazardous for me too be seen out there. Enjoy your Pow-Wow.
