Are you special too? Maybe we can find the source and stop this if we work together. Ryan hesitated, he didn't want to expose himself as a mutant or whatever he was to people he didn't know. At least not until he knew he could trust them. The paragons hadn't had the warmest reception by all, and he wasn't about to get lynched just for being who he was.
