Director Jericho Drumm - Male, 44 years old. Charming and charismatic, Jericho Drumm volunteered to be the Director of the Academy after his wife and daughter were killed by a mutant calling himself 'Ox' three years ago. Once a high-profile reporter who's writing focused on cutting edge medical science and gene therapy break-throughs, he's turned his attention on the new phenomenon of the mutant species. He holds several degrees in medicine (although not an accredited doctor), social sciences, and even psychology.


Assistant Director Ms. Denise Childs - Female, 32 years old. Lovely, but completely devoid of personality, Ms. Childs seems to have no complete or accurate file that details when and where she was included into the Lawrence Hunt Academy project. She came to the academy early in it's first year after the original Assistant Director (Cassidy Malone) resigned suddenly. She, along with Director Drumm, handles all the administrative work involved with running the academy. She seems to take a great interest in the disciplinary measures designed to keep the students acting responsible. Her ingenuity created 'the tether' system that suppresses a mutant's ability.


Eileen Gomez - Female, 33 years old. Therapist. Compassionate and determined to a fault, Ms. Gomez works very closely with the students who seem to display mental abnormalities or have a difficult time coping with their new found abilities or the harshness of the new world around them. Eileen is a mutant, and her 'soothe the savage beast' approach to therapy has made her a very welcome addition to the staff. She is quite adept at hypnotherapy.
Mentor - The Morrigan


Prof. Myrna Jensen - Female, 27 years old. Physical Sciences Instructor. A brilliant and talented mutant physicist who joined the school just over a year ago after she was fired from her internship after her genetic heritage was discovered. She harbors mixed feeling towards humanity, but does no let them get in the way of her teaching students.
Mentor – Josh Stevens




Dr. Lucia Chase - Female, 34 years old. School Physician. Dr. Chase got her first PhD from the University of Hawaii. A brilliant mind and capable medical doctor she spends most of her time treating injuries that a vast majority of the students get playing with their own mutant powers. Kind to a fault with an impeccable bedside manner she's found herself playing counselor to the students just as often as she's been their doctor.
Mentor - Hikialani Mizuki


Riva 'Firemane' Douglas - Female, 26 years old. An instructor, and fire manipulator, at the Academy since its founding a few years ago, she assists young mutants with gaining a hold on and controlling their new found abilities. As a mutant, her powers seem mostly offensive in nature so she's become something of an 'enforcer' for the Academy when the faculty go to hostile areas on the world to rescue potential students.
Mentor - Hotstreak


George Fallon - Male, 39 years old. A former physicist who lost academic stardom after his mutant nature manifested, he now serves as a science professor at the Lawrence Hunt Academy. Although a stern and tough teacher, he pushes students hard in the hopes that it will help them to develop the mental fortitude to control their powers more easily. His demeanour makes it somewhat difficult for him to connect with other faculty. He is also developing several inventions like nanotechnology.
Mentor - Curtis Shane



John Keating -Male, 61 years old. Professor Keating is a rare find in the world of higher education; he makes the subject matter fun. A professor of history and literature, Professor Keating is a joyful and witty man in his sixties who is never wanting for a joke or witty retort. Arguably the school's 'favorite' teacher his one-liners and antics are legendary among the students. It is even rumored that his unbreakable mirth and comedic talents once made Mrs. Childs break out into a fit of laughter.

The Students

Devin 'Jaunt' Jauntsen - Male, 16 years old. Comedic and likable, Devin is one of the rare students that took to his powers like the proverbial 'fish to water'. He's been around since the school was founded and feels like he owes his life to Director Drumm, who he believes saved him from an angry mob that was about to beat the snot out of him once they discovered what he was. Truth is, Ms. Childs saved him, but no one but she and Drumm know that. He spends his time getting into loads of trouble and wasting his brilliant mind on things like Hot Pockets and girls.



Mark - Male, ?? years old. Not all who gain an active X-Gene are fortunate. Mark, as his last name is never mentioned, is one such individual. Gradually after puberty Mark began to aberrate at an alarming rate into something that resembled a humanoid spider. He possesses six arms and looks relatively normal except his face that has become an amalgam of humanoid and spider features. After getting constant ridicule from a collection of bullies and beaten up on a regular basis, he fled to the woods just east of the school. Director Drumm visits him, but he refuses to return to the school. He lives off a diet of blood from the animals he captures. He's become something of a campus 'boogieman' and some venture to the woods to see if the flesh eating mutant reject is real or made up. Mark is powerful, and everyone on campus is afraid he'll come back seeking revenge.


Summer and Autumn Astovik - Female, 17 years old. Raised in luxury and decadence identical twins Summer and Autumn come from a privileged background and consider everyone who doesn’t meet their approval to be beneath them. Arrogant and antagonistic the sisters feel they should never be accountable for the things they do because the privileged do not need to answer to anyone. Summer is a seductive, forceful, bully who enjoys antagonizing others, especially ‘ugly’ mutants. She delights in seeing others ‘realize their place’. Autumn is more reserved and calculating, preferring to ruin people emotionally and completely. Her schemes often take weeks to come to fruition but the damage almost always leaves some sort of emotional or mental scar. Both sisters seem devoid of compassion or remorse and display traits common to sociopaths.

Both sisters display the same powers, only reversed. Summer is an accomplished fire manipulator, able to wreathe her body in flames and throw balls of flame. Autumn can do the same but controls ice and cold. Both sisters can fly and their powers are seem amplified when they are in contact with each other.
