Aberrant: 2011 - Superior Beginnings

this is where you can rant and rave about how I will continue to rip from Gundam series. Though I will provide stats for the various Gundams and pictures as I can turn them out.

Superior Gundam

Designation-RX-101-SPR

Height- 18m

Mass- 20 tons

Power source- Class 500 Hyperfusion reactor equipped with Neutron canceller

Computer interface- biocyber computer interface with synch suit

Special equipment-

"Vanish" Total cloak system-renders the Superior invisible to all forms or sensors This system requires an immense power drawn and cannot be used in conjunction with most of the armament or the Self Recovery or Relocation drive.

"Valkyrie" Relocation drive- allows the Superior to actually teleport around the battlefield and and between colonies and the Earth. Requires power proportional to the distance of the jump

"Thor" Battle computer AI Using the connections of the synch suit the AI increases the pilot's combat abilities through direct nerve stimulation. Effectively this fuses the mind of the pilot with the computer core of the Gundam. This allows for near instantaneous recognition of friend and foe, though depending on the state of mind of the pilot the computer can register all targets as hostile. So far the "Thor" system has allowed the Superior to engage over 100 units including 10 capital warships, all of which were destroyed.

Armament-

2x "Eagle's Talon" head vulcan -standard vulcan cannons mounted on all Gundam series mobile suits

2x "Mjolnir" rail guns- heavy railguns capable of peircing the thickest capital ship armor.

2x "Loki" missile pods - shoulder/back mounted missile pods capable of launching 10 missiles each for saturation and highspeed targets

2x "Surtur" beam sabers -standard close-combat Gundam Series MS weapons mainly used to fight other MS.

1x "Achenerar" anti-ship sword- Legendary anti-ship sword. It was this nanotech constructed weapon the cleaved the Akatsuki in two. Rumored to be totally unbreakable

1x "Fenrir" Beam rifle The main weapon of the Superior this beam rifle can also be nano-created if the need arises. Fires emerald laser bolts.

1x "Ragnarok" positron cannon The Showstopper main cannon of the Superior. Totally destroys whatever is in its path. Nestled above the cockpit in the Superior's torso.

Superior Gundam is was the last Gundam constructed in the last war between Earth and its many colonies. The Superior is just that. It combines extreme firepower with unreal speed in a perfect mix. Equipped with "Vanish" technology and a matter relocation unit it has extreme stealth and mobility options. Using the latest in nanotechnology, it can also create cpoies of any weapons lost in battle and given enough time the Machine can actually self-recover.

Unprecedented resources were spent in creating this suit and giving it every advantage. In it's first three sorties it proved worth ever bit of it. Singlehandedly it destroyed the Colonies' Fourth and Fifth Fleets in additon to the Akatsuki, the Colony Flagship. Seeing the Godlike power of the suit plans were made to reproduce both the mobile Suit and it's pilot, Minamoro Sigan.

Minamoro saw the carnage a single Superior Gundam could wreak and vowed to make sure his was the last. He found out about the cloning attempts of his unique physiology and destroyed the production facility and the Factory complex where the Superior had been created. The data for system intergration was lost and the program halted once the Colonies surrendered after the fleets were lost.

After the war both Superior Gundam and Minamoro disappeared. The gundam has not been seen until now. Minamoro's whereabouts are unknown, but it is likely he is no longer alive considering it has been a full century since the End of the Third Earth-Colony Civil War.

With the Colonies once again rebelling against the Earth government's increasing restrictions and demands War was inevitable. That said when the first of four nuclear attacks struck the major UEC bases at San Francisco, Singapore, Cairo, and Oslo. These attacks were followed by the landing of several full divisions of MS at two secondary bases in Beijing and New York City. There, the Colony forces captured the majority of the garrison troops and machines. From these bases the Colony forces spread out. most to China and the rest of the Asian continent. About half a division of suits and amphibious tanks. It is a portion of these that the Superior fights initially and destroys.
