Public Information:

Randolph Keller is a young German without any real purpose in life. Left a decent inheritence by his grandfather he seems to float about without concern. The family business, Keller Haus des Kaufmannes, was run into the ground by his father and Randolph had little impetus to make money on anything other than the family business.

He graduated from Humboldt University in Berlin with a degree in Political Science and seemed satisfied to stay in the University setting, drinking coffee and chatting politics with former professors and students. A charming young man he still kept his relationships casual, not a difficult feat considering that those who attempted to get to know him better came to believe that there was something...cold beneath the surface.

His eruption occured in the seemier district of Berlin where it is suspected he may have been trying to score some drugs. A "mugger" (though police suspect it may have been a drug deal gone bad though there is little evidence to support this theory) attacked Randolph and he developed the ability to cloud the mugger's mind and convince him to leave Randolph unharmed.

Since that time he has avoided obvious attempts at celebrity, prefering to determin his life path in his own sweet time.

Private:

Randolph is a vitriolic bigot, despising "Turks" and their effect on his beloved Germany. Alptraum is his nova alias, but one he never appears as. It is the identity of his mind and his online presence. He participates in a number of anti-Islamic websites, careful to remain anonymous. His eruption was actually brought about by him traveling in search of a Muslim on which to release his hatred. When he proved incapable of physically doing the deed and his victim started to succesfully fight back Randolph erupted with a venomous touch and the ability to pour nightmares into the young man's mind as he died. His social abilities increased to support his predatory desires as he can now move about nearly unnoticed and talk his way out of most trouble should any arise.

He's killed only once since his eruption and isn't willing to risk his safety or freedom with rash actions but the desire to pour his hatred into another body is increasing. He keeps his evil side in check by occasionally creating illusions in the minds of others to wreck havoc with their life and emotions.
