Description:

Slate does not stand out in a crowd at all, in fact he finds it exceedingly easy to disappear among the masses. There is nothing to differentiate him from any other random male with dark hair. There also in nothing about him would draw attention.

Eruption:

Slate as he came to call himself awoke in a burnt-out shell of a building in the warehouse section of New York City, He had no recollection of who he was. He had no identification; was wearing a simple black business suit with a matching shirt and tie.

Within days he found that he could 'hear' the thoughts of those around him and had strange flashes to his previous life which made next to no sense. He also found quite quickly that some government agency was attempting to track him down. He quickly decided to leave New York to figure out who he was and why he was being pursued. He has successfully broken into several government controlled buildings in two states thus-far in an attempt to find out. Despite this, the unknown agency has an uncanny knack of finding him.

Known powers:

Although he doesn't look it, Slate is much more agile and tough than he has any right to be, he had shown remarkable deductive reasoning, also is very witty and charming, He reportedly gained access to the file room of an NSA building by talking his way in. He also has the aforementioned ability to hear the thoughts of others.
