He nodded. "She's mad at me, and everyone else I think. Nothing's really going according to plan." He chuckled. "Nothing ever does, at least we can count on that."

He laid a hand on her shoulder. "Things will work out, at least that's what I beleive."

He did his best to be reassuring. "Besides Jill, you shouldn't be frowning like that. I know it works more muscles than smiling, but you're already in better shape than any woman who isn't a super around."

He smiles. "Time to go see how she's feeling today."

Dan left Jill there and knocked on the door to Violet's room, "Hey Violet, It's Dan."
