Known Appearance: Procyon is a tall man, possessed of a muscular athletic build. His long blond hair possesses a burnished gold tone, highlighted further by the glow of his "solar aura". White even teeth and a ready smile shine from the flawless golden skin of his face. His body appears to have been dry-brushed with golden light, a tracery of illumination following the lines of his cheeks and jawline in interesting and beautiful patterns that continue down the lines of his frame. Procyon is constantly surrounded by a swirling hazy nimbus of golden light, reminiscent of afternoon sunlight, which only fades when he has taxed himself to exhaustion. Whenever his nova abilities are in use, lens-flare effects and motes of golden light spark and shimmer around his body, appearing in the aura of light.

Known Powers: Procyon has exhibited super-human levels of strength, apparently capable of lifting limitless amounts of weight with ease. His reflexes are observed to be at least equal to the task of catching a bullet, and his endurance and resistance to damage are impressive. He is recorded as capable of surviving the vacuum of space and re-entry, not seeming to need breath or shelter from the elements.

Procyon also exhibits heightened social acumen, possessing a godlike presence and magnetism which is easily capable of overwhelming baselines and many novas.

The "Sun King" has formidable external energy projection abilities in addition to his physical gifts. He been seen to project a shimmering forcefield around himself capable of stopping a railgun round, and can intensify his ordinarily warm aura to a heat comparable with solar fire. Perhaps his most devastating attack is the solar heat energy he emits from his eyes. The exact temperatures he can reach have not been measured; however, he HAS been documented as having melted a main battle tank down to slag metal with a glance. Travel-wise, he can fly at speeds approaching Mach 6, though has been clocked at bursts of up to Mach 20.

Finally he has phenomenal control over the weather, having averted serious storms over populated areas in the past, as well as causing monsoon rains and flooding over Tehran in response to the Iranian Shiite oppression of novas.

Known Facts: A public Terat and a proud one, Peter Nord erupted a few short months after N-day. A philosopher and idealist at heart, he initially cooperated with Aeon and Utopia's vision, but had a change of heart sometime before Jan, 1999. When interviewed, he murmured something about refusing to be used as a workhorse just to maintain the corrupt status quo, but gave no further explanation. Finally, after some sort of confrontation with his fellow Utopians, Peter publicly gave Utopia the two-finger salute and walked out the door. He worked as an elite for a short time. but found that even more distasteful than being expected to save the world.

He spent a lot of time thinking about his place in the world as he wandered the war-torn lands of Africa, and angered more than a few warlords by destroying BOTH armies in some conflicts, much to the relief and rejoicing of the common people who were caught up in such pointless wars. In a life-changing broadcast, the Null Manifesto was aired, and Peter found new zest for his life. Taking the name Procyon, after the star that shines brightest in winter, he joined his voice to the others who spoke out in support of the Null Manifesto.

Whilst no Raoul Orzaiz, Procyon enjoys a certain amount of popularity for his thoughtful, honest and well-spoken public manner. He is best known for his call to baselines as well as novas to reconsider why they even need countries, institutional religions, and governments. Naturally, this has not made him popular with authority figures around the world. He has a moderate following, mainly in a few third world countries, where they pray to him as a weather deity and "sun god", but also in the more developed lands.

He was for a time wanted in the U.S.A for assault and destruction of property charges, such as when in a well-publicised incident, he forced the editor of a well-known tabloid newspaper to retract a sensationalist article accusing him of various acts by dangling the unfortunate man out of a 12th storey window. As he later said in an interview "Baselines can print whatever trash they want about each other, but not about the gods. If that sleazy rag had printed the truth, then I would have no issue with it. But it was a lie: the editor and I both knew it, and I have no need of lawsuits or baseline lawyers to prove it."

Notes for Terats: In late 2006, Procyon entered his first Chrysalis, emerging in Spring 2007. Since then, he has been very active around the world, aiding various factions in the Teragen in support of the cause. In 2011, he had a well-publicised (in the Teragen) disagreement with members of the Primacy, standing in opposition to Shrapnel and The Confederate's genocidal agenda. His spoken arguments were eloquent, and along the theme of genocide being a very baseline answer to a problem, whereas the One Race should be capable of greater things. In one notable phrase, he said "Superiority means just that; we are superior. It is inferiority that leads baselines to hate and fear and destroy. We should be beyond such pettiness."

As a consequence, the Primacy took action against him. The Confederate took it on himself to make a covert attack on Procyon. The fight ended with The Confederate being severely wounded, and as a result of the Primacy's attitude Procyon withdrew himself from active Teragen membership, keeping only his links with the Casablancas and Nova Vigilance open.

After his re-emergence in 2015, Procyon made a few small ripples before, in mid-2016, dropping a bomb in the form of a press statement condemning extremist Terats and declaring himself to be in pursuit of a 'Third Way' of co-existence, between the Utopian and Terat visions. He was attacked by Terats, and then disappeared shortly afterwards.

Thought dead, people were shocked when it transpired that Procyon had gone again into Chrysalis, and left the mysterious Gryle as the executor of his estate. He has since emerged from Chrysalis, and is now deciding his next course of action.
