It seems that those wonderful digital superheroes at Titan Network have started to slowly piece together City of Heroes/Villians, although for now as a superheroic chat client!

 

It takes a little work, but you can make up your character, costume, and hang out with other users! Just head over to http://www.cohtitan.com/ and get started!
