I suppose it's not a bus load of orphans, so maybe it's more like Batman's dilemma in The Dark Knight. Both women seem upset, so maybe he should pop some mushroom, grab 'em both then leave them to discuss life's unfairness somewhere safe while he searches for Luigi.
