Tanriçasi

Nothing is known of Tanriçasi before the Lady Kozakura presented the captured "swan maiden" to her brother nearly a decade ago, other than that she becomes a raven, not a swan, when commanded to change forms by her master and that her blood is especially delectable to vampires so long as she is marginally content. Lord Kozue bears on his left wrist a skin-tight band of gold and silver, matched to a choker of the same style and metals around Tanriçasi's neck. This collar is the mark of Tanriçasi's servitude and utter obedience to the orders of her master; it also allows Lord Kozue to benefit from the powers Tanriçasi holds, even to control her own use of her powers.

Once the noble twins were deemed of age to learn the finer points of hunting and packed off to the Monster Academy, Tanriçasi became their only living possession to come with them. By vampire custom, no servants were allowed to follow their Lord and Lady to school. Tanriçasi, however, counts neither as staff nor person; she is something between a pet and a favored snack. The Lord and Lady have just arrived at the school and so far Tanriça has been relegated to the role of replacement servant; Lord Kozue has not yet given explicit instructions to his at times taciturn slave to stay in the suite or away from the other students. Tanriça, long used to hiding her intelligence and spirit, still feels the enticement of exercising some sort of independence at the Academy before Kozue runs down enough explicit commands to corner into a docile, obedient shadow.

The Academy insisted that she be enrolled as a student in order for her to be allowed on campus with the twins. The housing department clerk that assigned rooms for the twins is rather unfond of both slavery and vampires, so a room was not assigned to Tanriçasi in an attempt to both draw attention to her situation and to annoy Lord Kozue. This has forced the Lady Kozakura to actually room with another student instead of using the situation to essentially have a private room. Tanriçasi herself sleeps either in Lord Kozue's room or outside, depending on her master's mood.
