Evo has a few of them, for instance: I and the other Mods didn't see fit to ban them.On a side-note: No-one as yet has raised the question of the cyber implants or the martial art rules for 200X, but shooting from the hip I'd say "No" to the first and "Why bother, it's Open World roleplaying, not a number-crunching combat-fest." to the second.
