Ayre el KaBeer Posted January 23, 2004 Share Posted January 23, 2004 I watched The Last Samurai 2 nights ago and was absolutely stunned, it's actually quite good! I've never walked into a Tom Cruise movie with high hopes but damn, this was one of the most well presented films I've ever seen (still haven't seen return of the king so don't call me on that untill I get around to it).The Japanese leads were brilliant! The short but excellent performance by Billy Conolly was fantastic and as always funny!
