Forceful Personalities is not, though individual enhancements from said fan-book can be submitted for approval via the OpNet Expansions system.And yes, I know: both Timeslip and Ptesan-Wi have minor enhancements from Forceful Personalities that have not yet been approved here (Unattainable and Beastial Rapport, respectively).
