David "HyperFocus" Giadello's public face is the young, dynamic head of Focus Consulting, one of the primer political consulting firms in Washington DC. Although much in demand, Focus consulting has reached a level of prominence where it can afford to be discriminating about its clients. Although David is a progressive (some would say radical) he understands the messy practicalities of politics and is willing to support politicians outside his own ideological preferences if he feels they will be well placed to address issues they CAN agree on. Recently, he has moved expand Focus Consulting' for profit business beyond the United States to the EU while lending his expertise at no or reduced cost to developing democracies elsewhere.

Much sought after as an advisor on political issues throughout the world Giadello himself keeps a low profile. His powers are not flashy, and politically inclined Novas make everyone nervous enough already. He offsets this perception with a large amount of pro-bono work for groups, organizations, and communities that could otherwise not afford his service. His ability to navigate the administrative and bureaucratic streams of almost any government has led to a number of stunning victories.

David maintains a polite distance from Utopia, preferring more grassroots, locally based efforts to their overarching goals. David is a practical ideologue with a strong sense of both his human and his nova identity and appears to have possible Aberrant sympathies. Although quite young himself he finds the Teragen "immature and reactionary".

He is, notably, a member of the Queer Novas Alliance. This fact is quite public and any clients unwilling to publicly employ a queer consultant will have to forego his services.

Physically, his is constantly in motion. Part Were this not so, his ability to absorb and digest massive amounts of information would lent itself quickly to boredom. The slim, olive skinned young man with a messy mop of dark hair will pace obsessively, even in meetings and requires a staff of 6 baseline personal assistants just to keep up with him. When he relaxes socially (such as when visiting with close friends Andy Vance and Jake Korelli) he drops the formal facade to reveal a passionate but cynical ideologue who’s radical political positions deviate from the compromises he is forced to make in his business. He enjoys verbal sparring and has at least once participated in informal debates with individuals such as Count Orzaiz

Power Profile: David appears to have prestigious amounts of mega-intelligence, tasked specifically toward administrative and bureaucratic knowledge. His information processing ability is truly phenomenal and indicates further mega-mental development. He would appear to have minor mega social and mega-dexterity enhancements. He is intuitively political and can quickly figure out a persons public and private motivations. Unknown to most, he has recently began to manifest the beginnings of cyber-kinetic ability although these powers are unpredictable and unreliable for the time being.

Giadello is not a flashy nova, but will often employ them for various jobs which has led to some public confusioh about his powers. He keeps several warpers on speed dial for the constant travel he thrives on. He generally relies on his low profile to keep him out of trouble, but has a number of Nova and baseline allies to help him if it arrises.
