Appearance: Red-haired male, tall and well-built. Eyes were hazel-green at the last known encounter, but recent reports from the field state that they have become aberrated (see image above - photo taken just after an attack on a South American Utopian-sponsored hospital).

Known powers: Chaos is an unknown variable: his strength and endurance change from fight to fight; increased ability to absorb damage as well as an increased levels of damage; ability to corrupt probability is suspected - he has displayed the ability to cause machines to fail; and he can fly at an estimated 350 kph.

Taint: Chaos displays some recent aberrations; before the new eyes, he had no visible aberrations. While PU has not been able to test him, it is assumed that he has low taint levels.

History: Chaos erupted in the hospital where his mother worked when he was fifteen. A victim of gang warfare was brought into the ER and pulled a gun on Dr. McCline, terrifying her son. The resulting wave of quantum energies shut down three floors of the hospital, including the ER, the ICU and the NICU. There were twelve deaths, six of them infants; over fifty patients reported long-lasting repercussions.

Chaos was retained at a Rashoud Facility for the required two weeks. Charges were not pressed for the hospital incident, but reports of verbal harassment and threats stemming from that incident were filed. These encounters may be responsible for Chaos’ immediate interest in the Teragen. He was verified as a member of the Teragen within three months of his release from the Facility. He has most recently been tied loosely to the Primacy.

24OCT06 Update: McCline has severed ties with the Primacy and there are hints he is leaving the Teragen. Speculation is that he has lost some of his Terat leanings since joining the Windy City Knights.
