Aberrant RPG - War Journal sourcebook

Okay, I'm justing putting this out there. There's been talk, mostly in the chats, PMs and MSN IM I think, about doing a War Journal sourcebook, since apparently Senor Mal's noble Aberrant: War! enterprise is indeed dead but sadly missed. If there was to be a WJ sourcebook, who would like to work on it? Obviously I've got large chunks of data spread over three different computers (don't ask!), but creative input from other folks can only improve stuff.

At this point, I've got lots of stuff on the Greens, Blues and US forces, but very little on anything else, and wouldn't it be cool if other factions were more fleshed out? I had some ideas for Project Pandora (!), the Cult of Alejandra and the semi-fractured Teragen, but they are sketchy at best, and there is so much more we could do. What about the Space Brigade? Daedalus? Those weirdos in Antarctica?

My only concern up to this point was some of the very secret stuff I've been giving to my players in dribs and drabs - when the game ends someday (hopefully a long time from now ::thumbsup), I'd be happy to put it in, but until then there is some stuff I obviously have to hold back. However, much of the Greens' world is public or semi-public knowledge, and could easily be included.

So, what do people think? It may not be the best Aberrant War setting, but it's the best we've got right now ::lookaround

I think its a great idea. Since Aberrant:War! did die out there is that hole in the timeline that is not covered at all. I think that WarJournal would fit well in that hole, especially if you put siffecient info about all the factions (cults, DADdies boys, Tater tots) to be able to play them all.

You may want to consider putting in a "world" section as well and say what a few places in each continent are doing (I would like to know your version of what India is doing).

I would also like to know more about paths and different weapons. It would be grand.

Hey Heritage...Ill be willing to toss a few ideas out there. I am more of an idea's man after all. Right now im still helping with the Forceful Personalities source book (I know I need to actually work more on it...but still). But I would like to be able to help out.
