Hey, I just had a question about the E-books, specifically the Trinity e-books... With Chill out of the picture, will India Underground, TFR: Noetics, or Absolute Zero ever see the light of day? If not, does anyone plan on posting the bits that have been written? No matter how poorly edited, there should be a ton of interesting material in there.

I have TFR Noetics on my hard drive if you wannt it and it will probably get up when Wish gets time to put it there (Thank you by the way Wish ::biggrin )

There is people working on India Underground right now, at least thats what I heard, so its on its way.

Absolute Zero is unfortunately probably scraped from what I have heard. Chill have it and so you might get it thrugh him...

Just so that you know, Im not 100% sure on this, exept for me having TFR Noetics ::biggrin

Noetics was finished ages ago, old bean. Finished on the 1st December last year. Two months to write. It was down from the E-books section for a while, but is back up now.

There has been some chatter about releasing IU half edited... Could be done fairly soon by the sound of it... Not sure about AZ 2nd Ed...

Sadly work kinda stalled out on War and Trial by Fire, much to everyone's chagrin, though I'm personally still hoping for a revival. I have some art on the back burner with others floating about in the old noodle. InUn will get done as Slag and I refuse to let it die at this point. Most likely it'll be our Christmas project to get it to you guys. Now that we have the templates we need (I think we got all of them anyways) and I've heard from at least the contactable artist for whom we were missing pieces, the only thing stopping us is school. As soon as this semester ends we'll get on it though, and hopefully have it in front of the tree so to speak by Christmas.

Heya guys, sorry I havent been around much, its been riddiculously busy.

I took down the original AZ PG from EON for specific reasons, so please do not repost it to the site or distribute it in other ways if you still have it. Thanks.

As for the revised Players Guide, when i last worked on it (around May) it was about 60% completed or thereabouts, including a good chunk of artwork... no more work has been done on it since then due to the increasing demands of real life. I'm hoping to get back to it some day, but I doubt it will be in the immediate future; although I remain hopeful ::smile

If I do get it completed, I'll bounce it over for hosting on EON of course.

See you around.

Heya, sorry for not posting earlier, real life and all that.

OK, I took down the original because it was largely based upon another source on the net, with a bit of expanding. Also, because the settting had changed drastically in my own campaign (errr, 4 campaigns) and I'd basically re-written a lot of it, and finally, cos I thought the book was awful. It was thrown up as a footnote for my own players originally and then this ere little website got busy and the like, and well, people other than my players downloaded it (though why I have no idea, it really was that bad).

The new and improved version was around 80 odd pages long last time I worked on it, had stacks of colour art (I figured out how to use 3DSMAX amongst other things since I did the first one), and has contributions from Aninemity (opening fiction and about a third of the content)and others (kick ass NPC artwork by Victor Frost that you'll love im sure, for example), and editing by Tooho.

When I get the new one done, it'll be straight over to EON for submission to the site, but I really don't want the old one around if possible.. It makes me cringe when I think of it.

::biggrin

Thanks guys

Hasta!

Ha!! Me thinks he doth protest too much. I'm a noob and I am champing at the bit in excitement myself. Love the fanfic. Thanks to you all who are still trucking with them. Those of us less creative mortals are looking forward to your endeavors. ::bigsmile ::thumbsup

Hello. I am interested in contributing to an Eon E-book. ::biggrin How do I contact the developers to send a proposal? I tried E-mailing some of the system administrators on this forum, but I am assuming the listed addresses are old as I have not received a reply in a week.

Daredevil, the best way to get an E-Book going is to start a thread about something - say Aberrant Cults in Trinity and how they've evolved from Abbie days, and see what happens. If you get a big response and a few volunteers you may have the basis for a book.

I know this is the Trinity forum and this is ::offtopic, but I'm trying to drum up interest in Aberrant: War! again. If anyones interested, I made a big honking post about it in the Aberrant forum.

And now, in a lame attempt to be back on topic, the Upeo rock! ::thumbsup

And yes, here's hoping the Trinity e-books come to life soon. ::biggrin

I also agree with Ayre - I thought A-Z was pretty darn cool, but I know how it is with the Ghost of Creative Projects Past, and facing the shiver-worthy contents therein.

Personally, I always find it refreshing to dig up old projects and breathe deep of their loamy stink. In fact, I have a whole dark fantasy city from my high school days that I'm thinking of converting to D&D 3.5 to run at GenCon!
