Aberrant RPG - An Idea for the identity of the Colony

I was re-reading the Teragen sourcebook & think I may have found a clue as to the identity of the Colony

In the fiction part, where Dr. Zia is talking about The Heartland he mentions " Our greatest coup was one Texas household whose three teenage children all erupted because of each other. The three siblings seem to have a remarkably strong telepathic link to one another, even at long distances. Once they've grown up a bit, they'll make spectacular Terats" (pg 61)

The section also mentions Calvert Wycoff.

Well I got to thinking that a group of telepathically linked nova would fit with a name like the Colony & that maybe the authors decided to mention two very important novas in the same section.

Anyone else thought of this or suggested it?

Any thoughts?

Way back when (2006?), one of the head doctors at the Bahrain Facility decided to experiment with two kids, Adam and Eve. Each of the kids's nodes had apparently integrated fully with their brain. Also, they were born of nova parents. He euthanized the girl and vivisected her, hoping to learn more. The boy, however, woke up, looked straight at the doc, and said, "Too much light makes the baby go blind," and disappeared.

Truth, or nova campfire story, you decide ::lookaround ...

However, whereas he has been thought to have become Divis Mal, I can't remember anyone discussing his becoming The Colony...

See I always saw Adam as having something to do with Eden myself, but hey who knows. I figured Adam being an advanced nova of sorts led to that society where you have novas with little to no taint running around.

It is exactly this Adam I´ve been talking about.

If You´re interested here´s a bit more of my "ranting":

First I think it´s a cool idea to have Adam as the founder of Eden. Why i didn´t think of it myself is beyond my current cerebral capacity.

Second I think i remember a phrase in an Aberrant book where SWARM QUEEN is called the COLONY. How this matches is beyond me, TOO.

Third i´ve always been a great fan of twisting around things every time I GM. This is a remaining bit of Vampire. So I decided to warp around the Information on who becomes who every time i GM. This keeps the players guessing and the world interesting.

After all it´s a game and games tend to get boring once all is known of them. ::cool

No. And in fact the Trinity Developer has stated several times in the chat room that the Colony's Indentity was never decided.

He even went further to say that, in his opinion, the Colony was just some no name bozo nova in 2008 who lucked(?) out. (Some luck IMHO).

Standard Choices are: (And I'm not great with names).

1) B (the eufiber guy)

2) Taint-Girl (I don't remember her name, she could control taint, Teragen book).

(those are the two most popular)

(other choices worth a mention)

3) One of your PCs (not a bad choice combined with time travel or precognition).

4) The "Boost" guy from the XWF

5) The "Mind Aborbing Telepath (male)" from the Teragen (multiple personalities).

6) The fusion of those satin workshipping nova idiots.

Not that one, the teragen member in WWII who sparks the bar fight. He is a telepath & has multiple personalities. Dead on for the money for all the others.

I don't know that I'd like to find out that I'm going to become the colony. If that became public, lots of people would want my head.
