Aberrant RPG - Duration & Clone

I was just wondering how getting points of strengths would effect clone if the character applied them to duration. See, its duration is 1 scene which doesn't put it in the whole concentration-maintenance thing. So how does raising its duration work through strengths, extras, or mastery.

I was thinking to treat it as concentration power as to what is the next step, so that either mastery of strengths it becomes a maintenance power. What do you guys think?

Since a one scene duration is better than a Maintenance duration (Maintenance lasts a single scene out of combat, or a matter of turns - a maximum of 10 turns, or 30 seconds, at Quantum 5 + Power Rating 5) I'd say you had that the wrong way 'round!

Mastery tends to rate hours / scenes as a single duration "category", so I'd say that the power's duration would be bumped up to the next "category" - hours / scenes become days (then months). In the case of the 1 scene duration Clone, that would be one day, or one month (or, at Mastery 3, one year, I guess).

Increasing the duration with a Strength would make it Permanent, which has already been pointed out many times as a huge loophole / twinkfest waiting to happen in the Strengths / Weaknesses section.
