Distinguishing Marks: None, the subject, Sigma-2, appears completely blemish free and no traces of scar tissue appears to hold for longer than a few days. Her ability to regenerate tissue is quite exceptional.

General Appearance: In her ‘natural’ state Evana is a gorgeous woman of five feet, six inches. Her body is firm and sculpted to a measure of perfection that may betray her nature as a Psion at times. The dunking process had a strange side effect of bleaching her hair into a pure blueish-white. It’s natural color is light chestnut, but despite her constant, and nearly whimsical, desire to alter her features she never seems to change hair back to its original color, she has done so while "on assignment", however.

Abilities/Special Skills: Trained in all the textbook skills of the Norca, Sigma-2 displays exceptional proficiency at carousing and seducing her quarry. Her words carry weight and individuals with whom she speaks tend to take a rather fond interest in her. It is for this reason that we recommend her for Special Operative training, she shows exceptional promise as a Primo.

Personality: Strange. Sigma-2, although incredibly adept and assimilating herself into a new identity and wearing it just as –if not better- than it’s original owner appears to display an inability to ‘deprogram’ herself and return to natural born life when not on duty; continuing to retain their mannerisms and appearance (and indeed their identity) sometimes for days or weeks after her assignment is completed. It may be possible that she is suffering from Psionic Dysfunction and if this is the case we recommend her for immediate psychological evaluation.

Interests: Once ‘programmed’ for a contract Sigma-2’s interests and hobbies always relate to the assimilated target. Sigma-2 however, when off duty does not seem to possess much interest in anything but old literature and meditation.

Of special note, her mannerisms and demeanor seem to change drastically when she is in the company of her twin brother, Sigma-1 (Anatole). The writer of this review highly suggests that this relationship be observed for further study into better understanding Sigma-2 psychologically.

The subject was initially shunted into the recon group of his FSA posting after showing a profound inability to operate in situation of high tactical pressure. In addition his pain threshold ranks lower than the norm, possibly due to enhanced nervous system response to tactile sensory input.

Philip Robertson is a member of the Legions, who was triggered vitakinetic though Aeon's exchange program. He cares a great deal for people, and even before it was discovered how strong of a latient he was, he trained and worked as a paramedic. He was born and raised in Australia, and still has a measure of love for his home, as well as an extended family in the area who are somewhat proud of his being accepted into the Legions.

He possesses increadibly capability with regards to the lactrosis mode, and even shortly after he was put into the prometheas chamber, he proved to be amazingly capable, which suprised his trainers. After a few weeks of training, he returned to the legions, assigned as medic to a combat unit.

Philip seems pyschologically and noetically incapable of using the algesis mode, apparently doing actual physical harm to another's noetic template is beyond him, but he has no problem using actual weapons for self-defense, or in defense of others, especially his patients. His mastery of the Latrosis mode, however, is amazingly strong, even experanced vitakinetics are in awe of his capability in this area. His mastery is lactrosis is so high, in fact, there is little we can teach him of the basics, though it may take him some time to master some of the more subtle nuances.

Appearance: Average appearance, hazel colored eyes, around 6'2"", he trys to keep himself fairly fit, and his build tends toward lean to fit. He's also a very intelligent, and quick witted, as well as a likable young man, and after his triggering, these traits appear to have been strengthened.

General Appearance: Anatole is a coldly handsome of five feet, ten inches, his good looks somewhat ruined by the immobile, standoffish expression that is habitual on his face. His body is honed, and tightly muscled, and economical in motion. His hair is such a pale blond that it seems white in most light, and his eyes are green ice.

Abilities/Special Skills: Anatole is a master martial-artist with amazing agility and talent for hand-to-hand combat. He is a keen outdoorsman, capable of survival (and stealth) in a wide variety of terrains and circumstances, in addition to being a competent marksman. It is for this reason that we recommend him for Special Operative training, he would make an effective Primo.

Personality: Chilly, in a word. Sigma-1 displays signs of borderline sociopathy, but with a unique twist in his attitude towards family. Anyone coming under the umbrella category of 'family' triggers protective and loyal personality traits in Sigma-1, the strongest instance of this trait can be seen with regards to his attitude towards his twin, Sigma-2. His mannerisms and demeanor seem to change drastically when he is in the company of his twin, Sigma-2 (Evana). The psych-profiler highly suggests that this relationship be observed for further study into better understanding Sigma-1 psychologically.

She dresses with the trends, though she doesn't obsess over her clothe or accessories; she usually wears earrings and one or two other jewelry accents that marks her as someone with enough wealth and taste to keep up with fashion, but not ostentatiously so. Before joining the Ministry she smiled a great deal and was generally bubbly in personality; now she still smiles but is much more reserved, especially around men.

Abilities/Special Skills: Lien is a natural mediator; she firmly believes in the potential of humanity to rise to any challenge and the absolute sanctity of life. When she chooses to be, she is quite endearing and accommodating enough to be seen as a pushover; however, her helpful and sweet personality is usually disarming enough to keep others from wanting to take advantage of her. She's as non-threating as person can be and still be noticed in the room.

Personality: Far more reserved since her dunking and the events that followed, Lien is a person that seeks emotional harmony and cooperation amongst those around her. The snubbing she's received from those that were important in her life has made her hesitant to make deep friendships, but her naturally empathetic and friendly manner keeps her from complete isolation within the Ministry.

Interests: Poetry, anthropology, and she has recently taken up meditation and an interest in religion, with a current focus on Buddhism.

Background: Lien Mei is the youngest of the Xiyue brood of nine children. Her family, while not religious, is heavily conservative and influenced by the strong Muslim streak in Malaysian culture. She decided that she wanted to go into public service after her trip to Kuala Lampuur and witness just what China had saved Malaysia from. A studious woman with a highly humanitarian outlook, she wanted to become a Peace Officer. The discovery of her strong latent psionic abilities detoured her from that path in life, but she seems to have found a similiar place in the Ministry as an arbiter and ambassador.

George was the second son of a lower middle class family near what used to be Boston. He had some access to school in his formative years but little beyond about 10-11. His next recorded training was from a series of Orgotek KIM caravans that visited his neightbourhood over a number of years. Eventually 2 years ago the KIM was manned by a psion who noticed his potential. After being dunked George's skills and aptitudes led to him placed in the Operations dept of Orgotek, and eventually to guarding the Jumpship program...

Distinguishing Marks: The insignia of the Seventh Legion is indelibly inked on the upper part of her left arm, and a bold, rectangular woad-blue band masks her eyes. In addition, what looks like a sharply angular “R” is tattooed in scarlet just below the hairline at the back of her neck.

General Appearance: Astrid is quite tall and fair-skinned, with the rosy cheeks, crisp blue eyes, and pale blonde hair so common to Norsewomen. When not in uniform, she would look like any other pretty, fresh-faced, somewhat naive Norwegian lass- were it not for the blue temperature-sensitive ink that marks her as a member of the Seventh Legion. Her long limbs and largish hands seem slightly awkward on her youthful frame, as if she’s not quite grown into them just yet, but she seems remarkably aware of her own physical presence and so avoids the stereotype of the lanky teen who battles clumsily with her own extremities. She wears whatever is most comfortable within the limitations of her current circumstances, tending toward sweaters and natural fabrics whenever the situation permits. She possesses no jewellery of any kind, and very little in the way of cosmetics.

Abilities/Special Skills: The Scandinavian people are survivors, and Astrid is no exception. Nothing seems to deter her or slow her down, and a combination of hard work and good genes keeps her in excellent physical condition with seemingly limitless energy. Her ability to thrive in adverse conditions has given her an edge over most of her peers, and for a girl who spent her entire life on a farm in the middle of Norway, she’s taken to close-quarters combat like a very enthusiastic duck to water.

Personality: It isn’t surprising that many who join one of the Orders feel they might’ve found their purpose in life; Astrid sincerely believes it. She is an earnest, plainspoken young woman whose big blue eyes seem incapable of harbouring deliberate falsehood. Although she smiles easily and often among friends and fellow soldiers, she is somewhat more reserved in the presence of strangers. The idea of communal living requires some adjustment on all sides, but particularly for the territorial Astrid. She is fiercely protective of anything she considers “hers,” whether that happens to be a squad-mate or a bunk, and she seems to follow an archaic code of behaviour that demands courage, hospitality, responsibility, and, oddly, reciprocity from its adherents.

<<<I’m not sure about the other superstitions she has, but this “warrior code” is almost a perfect fit for a Legionnaire. I’d say she was an odd one, but most of us are. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who was so genuinely happy to be fighting, and all her psych evals are clean. I’m not sure if that means she’s completely sane, or proves she’s out of her mind. Interests: Prior to joining the Legion, Astrid’s hobbies were not too unlike those of her classmates and peers. She listened to music, watched holovids, and often went camping as part of a larger group. Following her enlistment, however, her interests have changed drastically. Never an academic, she nevertheless seems to be making a study of military history, focusing on the lives and campaigns of notable generals. She is also fond of epic poetry, though in reading it she quickly grows restless.

Background: Astrid Magnussen was born in Melhus kommune, Sør-Trøndelag, Norway. Her parents, Eirik and Marit, supervised a moderately successful agricultural operation funded in large part by the Norwegian government. As part of their efforts to preserve traditional modes of industry, the government allocated significant funding to farms and fisheries, requiring only that they be sustainable and minimally profitable. She grew up among sturdy cattle and fields of barley and rye, helping with the farm as she attended school in nearby Trondheim. Her parents were of a somewhat eccentric faith, in keeping with their lifestyle, and from a very young age taught Astrid of the importance of reviving and maintaining values that many considered obsolete and archaic.

It was a relatively simple life, and Astrid seemed well suited to it. She displayed no particular talents or aptitudes, and never spoke of ambitions or goals. Academics didn’t interest her, and though she studied diligently, she never excelled. She was comely, honest, and hard working, but otherwise completely mundane. It was assumed, perhaps unfairly, that the best she could do was marry a local boy and carry on her parents’ work.

To everyone’s surprise, when students were required to select a career path as part of the government’s job placement initiative, the 16-year old elected to volunteer for military service. Certainly, her parents had not expected her to choose the Medical track, but her decision came as quite a shock. On the one hand, they had worked to instil in their daughter a sense of pride in her country, and devotion to its welfare. On the other, they were concerned that their only child would be shipped off to die in some far-flung war zone. The second shock came when her test results came back: average, unremarkable Astrid, who had never once been called “exceptional,” was one of the strongest latent psychokinetics her recruiter had ever seen. He was baffled, Astrid was ecstatic, and her parents were quietly devastated.

Now that she has gone, they often wonder if perhaps they taught her too well.
