Considering a trinity game, if I get enough interest, and this game won't be fast, considering my other obligations.

There are a few changes to character creation..

First off, no jumpers or quantukinetics, in fact, in this setting there’s a slight change, the Jumper’s didn’t just disappear, a group of Abberant teleports/warps actually hunted down and killed most of them off, no one knows if the proxy still lives… but there may be one or two jumpers still out there, and the Teleportational Prometheus chamber still is.. if anyone can find it. [Eden hasn’t be discovered yet]. There are a few Quantikinetics still around, but they are not many (and most of them are rather powerful).

The players will be part of a team assigned to the first Leviathan jumpship (after the prototypes have been tested), based on their unusually strong capabilities, so consider the roll you want to play, in this situation. You’ve been sent to reestablish contact with the various colonies, to help where you can, to report results back to Earth, when possible, to protect the ship, and to explore if possible. It’s expected you may come into conflict with aberrants and/or chromatics during this mission, which will take several years.

Players create their characters as Psions, however, there are certain differences, you get the Strong Latent and effect for free (which normally costs 7 freebies), and basically the prelude is going to involve the Prometheus effect, and your initial training after. [Note which 2 attributes were enhanced by the Prometheus effect, however, sense during the prelude they will be 1 dot lower. Also, you don’t have to be triggered to the aptitude you’re a natural in.. but if you are, you will have an extra willpower point]. At some point, your talents and training will mean your chosen for the Leviathan mission.

Additionally, you had an exceptionally good reaction to the Prometheus chamber that you were triggered in, you get you will get 9 extra freebies worth of merits from from the players guide, though I will be the one to pick them from the following list: Acute Senses, Catlike Balance, Exceptional Potential, Internal Compass, Time Sense, Lightning Calculator, Eidetic Memory, High Pain Tolerance, Enhanced Attunement, Lucky, Mode Natural, & Noetic Sensitive (Positive). This will be gained during the prelude, so you won’t initially know what other new capabilities you have (though you will be allowed to veto something if you really don’t like it for your character, or spend your freebies to buy any of these you want before then).

You may take a total of 7 points in flaws, no more, and you may take merits or flaws that will come into play only after your are triggered. You may spend freebies on extra mode dots, auxiliary modes (including quantakinetic and teleportation modes), though once again they don’t appear until after you are triggered.

Sounds good, at the Moment Rorx is looking at an Electrokinetic, and Long has expressed interest as well, though not here.

so, I have the following

Rorx - Electrokinetic (still forming)

Shae - Undecided

Long - Undecided, Combat Role (Likely Psychokinetic)

Dave - Undecided, looking into it

I too would like play, or at least give it further consideration. I am thinking of either an ISRAn, Norça, or Ministry agent. I am leaning toward a Norça Infiltration specialist.

Can you tell us if you are allowing Asia Ascendant and/or Terra Verde?

At the moment, I have a complete sheet for a vitakinetic (Philip), and another one for a biokinetic (Evana), and Rorx has said he wants to play a electrokinetic. I've heard from one or two who are thinking of a psychokinetic.

Don't have anyone who has mentioned a desire to play IRSA yet, no. (and Luna Rising is available)

I also don't have a telepath yet.

I'm willing to have no more then 2 of any particular type of psion, btw. Two biokinetics are ok, more then that, no. That doesn't mean you can have 5 folks who belong to the legions, though, as long as most of them have different diciplines.

(I have the Asia Ascendant and Terra Verte books, so yes, they are available)

I was thinking about a biokinetic scientist/survivalist, but since we already have two biokinetics, I'll scratch that.

That would narrow it down to an electrokinetic or a psychokinetic, but since there are already two psychokinetics, I think I'll ask for the second electrokinetic spot (though I do expect to have a mode or two of psychokinetics). I'll read up more on those and the system in general and try to get you a sheet asap.

Actually, I was looking at the rules, and pondering a character... I'm going to have to say nevermind. This'll be an interesting one to watch from the sidelines, but I don't think this is one that I can join right now.
