Attribute Capabilities: Most obviously Brin is exceptionally large and strong, being stronger than most men at their peak and having still a few years to reach his own peak. Brin is of average intelligence though he possesses an exceptional amount of self discipline and willpower.

Skill Capabilities: Brin is proficient at surviving for extended periods off the land. As a bandit he is capable with stealth and intimidation techniques as well as having a strong familiarity with hit and run tactics.

Bending Capabilities: Brin is a strong earthbender, and is adept at blocking attacks, making melee and missile uses, and “rock striding” (riding earth at high speed). Brin is also adept at using rock armor and gauntlets, climbing and moving rock. Brin possesses talent at seismic sensing and through that metalbending but is unskilled in either use only just recently starting to develop these powers.

Brin doesn’t speak of his past very often. He claims to have run away from home because his parents wanted him to be apprenticed to a stone mason and Brin wanted to become a soldier. Too young to join the army Brin instead struck out on his own and quickly ended up becoming a bandit out of need rather than desire. He wars with himself in this facet constantly as he is a good person, a thief with a heart of gold, he steals only enough for himself to live by when he cannot manage any other way. After three years he greatly regrets much of his past actions and wishes that he had a useful trade that could get him out of his life.

Skill Capabilities: Jer is stealthy and unnerving, and he knows how to survive in the wild and track running criminals. But his best talents are in urban tricks and activities.

Non-Bending Capabilities: Although he is a non-bender, Jer easily wields a Lochabar axe with both strength and finesse. He has developed a weaponry fighting style that utilizes his advantages to the maximum. He can target a foe with a flurry of quick strikes, slash around defenses, quickly strike at a pair of enemies in rapid order, or simply pulverize right through armor with an attack.

Public Background:

Jer is a notorious and feared bounty hunter who has been said to have taken on three Benders at once and won handily. Though his life is largely not of public knowledge, rumors hold that he decided to become a bounty hunter after slaying a rogue Earth Bender at the age of 16. In any situation within his several years of bounty hunting, his name makes criminals in the western regions and area of Ba Se Sing tremble in fear if he is pursuing them.
