What Is Known...

...at first sight: Tessaract is 'nerd chic' cute, in the classic style of the girl who'd be really pretty if she took her glasses off...and really is even when she doesn't. Her hair is blonde with red ends, like a dye job growing out. While she is generally calm and of very intellectual demeanor, she frequently seems startled or surprised by bizarrely mundane things and often finds ordinary things strangely noteworthy.

...over time: Tessaract is very interested in any event or person that appears to violate physical law, referring to them as 'potential transcendents.' She is also, perhaps oddly, interested in more ordinary things like art, dreams and other more ephemeral manifestations of imagination...despite showing little to no skill in actually producing such things herself. She appears unfamiliar with her own body, particularly with strong emotions, instincts, and powerful sensations, which she refers to bemusedly as 'meat thoughts,' and doesn't seem to know what to make of them.

...with a little digging: Tessaract first appeared at the University of Florida in Harmony City, at the rebuilt High Energy Physics Lab, in the same spot that an accident two years ago destroyed the facility. This destruction took the life of one researcher assistant, a student named Tessa Mathers who looked exactly like Tessaract. After appearing, Tesseract was hospitalized. The specifics of what went on during that time are not on record, but it's known that the parents of Tessa Mathers, who had moved away from Harmony City since the accident, flew in and were escorted there...only to leave about an hour later. Tessaract was discharged from the hospital on her own recognizance about a week later. She answered the city's call for civic defenders almost immediately after her release.

Senses:

Tess can sense powers that affect the fabric of space in a radius at a range of thousands of feet. She is constantly aware of her precise position in space, as well as the relative location of anything else she can sense. This gives her absolute direction sense, and the ability to perfectly judge distances. She can also gauge the mass of objects by detecting their gravitational fields.

Defenses:

Tess immediately and instinctively counteracts gravitational effects on her own person, making her effectively immune to them. This doesn't mean she's not subject to normal gravitation of the Earth or environment. It applies primarily to dangerous, shorter term effects commonly associated with attacks. She is capable of warping space around herself to cause attacks to miss, and can even cause light to warp to make her image appear slightly displaced from her actual location. The cumuluative effects of these manipulations make up all of her enhanced Defense, Displacement, and Force Field powers.

Offenses:

"Lockdown field" (Nullify) - Counter all "spatial" powers within 100 feet at +10: Tessaract has sufficient control over space/time in her immediate vicinity to attempt to undo or prevent the effects of other sources of tampering. This synergizes well with her ability to sense such tampering over a large area.

"Tessaract" (Dimensional Pocket) - Selectively affects any object or creature in an area consisting of up to 10 5x5 "squares" of which at least one must be adjacent to Tessa, allowing creatures a Reflex save at DC 20 to avoid, and a Will save at DC 20 to escape once captured. Can hold up to 50 tons of material. Anything within the tessaract may be ejected as a move action. This pocket universe is 'anchored' to Tess. She can manifest a wormhole that forms a selectively permeable boundry between it and the normal universe. This wormhole boundary can be moved within a course she defines. Her control over this effect makes it possible to delicately place a single thing within, or to simply indiscriminately vacuum up everything...or anything in between.

"D-shift" (Teleport) - Teleport self and up to 200lbs 1100' as a move action. Velocity and direction can be adjusted in transit. She can perform a single standard action between two jumps that do not cumulatively exceed 1100' between them. Long range transit does not disorient, and can reach ranges of up to 2 million milles. Tessaract can access 'higher' dimensions where distance between spaces is comparatively miniscule, and time flows at a much slowed rate. This allows her to transit locations in the normal universe at apparently instantaneous speeds and without seeming to cross the intervening space.

"Wormhole" (Teleport Attack) - Affect any target in perception with an involuntary teleport effect (reflex save DC 17 to avoid, affects up to 2500lbs). Range 700' as standard action. Blocked by intangibility, an ability to teleport, or energy force fields: Tessaract can create wormholes that collapse around matter, dragging it into the same upper dimension she uses to teleport through. The wormhole dissolves quickly then, causing whatever it carried to transition back into the normal universe...but somewhere else. Energy fields can cause the wormhole to collapse prematurely, missing the target, and targets that do not have mass don't trigger the collapse in the first place. A quick target can avoid the wormhole as it starts to form.

Two years ago in the University of Florida, Harmony City branch, an experiment was conducted in which an intense electric field was modulated in an attempt to simulate gravitation. To create, in effect, artificial gravity. There was a new student assisting in the experiment named Tessa Mathers. She was bright and personable and thrilled to be part of this historic event. There was an unexplained power surge during the first run, and the artificial gravity source triggered early. In what could only be called a Fortean event, the process ran wildly out of control, forcing the High Energy Physics Lab to be evacuated. Tessa, who was in the test room at the time, never had a chance to make it out before the event horizon formed, and half the reinforced structure imploded under gravitational stress.

Two weeks ago, the repairs on the HEPL were completed. The investigation into the accident was inconclusive, citing 'metanormal activity suspected but not proved.' The power required to create an actual singularity verged on infinite. It was well beyond anything the school had. No one knew what had gone wrong or why. Even so, the experiments had long been canceled, and the rebuilt test chamber was slated for other things.

Then Tessa appeared in it.

There was a brief gravimetric disturbance noteable both for its intensity...off the scales...and for the incredible localization of its effects. And then she was there, looking exactly as she had before the accident. In the same clothes even.

Half an hour later, in the school hospital, it was discovered that this wasn't exactly 'her.' Physically and biologically there was no difference that could be detected. But everyone who knew Tess could see the difference right away. She seemed completely unfamiliar with even basic aspects of her body and surroundings, and claimed to have no memory of events prior to her emergence. She also claimed to have been sent into Earth's reality by higher-dimensional beings to investigate the possibility of transcendent sentience existing there.

The only evidence to support Tesses claims was that she now demonstrated the paranormal ability to manipulate space and gravitation around herself; an ability she stated was due to her possessing expanded higher-dimensional functions compared to most human beings. When asked if she was the original Tess or some kind of copy, she answered only that it was irrelevant. She was who she was, whoever that was.

When the Mathers showed up to see her, Tess showed no sign of recognizing them...much to their dismay. After an emotionally trying hour, they departed...privately convinced that this was not their daughter, though psychologists were not so sure. When asked her name during the sessions, she had identified herself as "Tesseract," which was revealed in interviews with her parents to be a pet name her father had for her when she was a girl.

She claimed not to remember this, and stated that the purpose of the name was to represent her higher-dimensionality as she tried to blend in with the parahumans in Harmony City so as to observe them more closely.

Tesseract was finally determined not to be a danger to herself and others, and released on her own recognizance. She almost immediately answered Harmony City's call for civic-minded parahumans to join a new force to confront the city's newest nemesis: Dread. Her motivations in doing so likely include an assumption that this will put her in a position to observe many parahumans. If there's anything else to it, no one knows at this time, including Tesseract herself.

Andrew Scott was a young eager astronomer/cosmologist specialising in the high energy Hydrodynamics of stellar accretion and dispersion (how they form and how they die), when the experiment he was running on a cyclotron to try to duplicate some of the conditions went horribly wrong. Luckily no-on else was in the lab at the time, so no-one else was injured. Andrew was in hospital recovering from burns, broken bones and minor electrically caused nerve damage for some time, but during that time he found that he had gained some special abilities.

Deciding to put them to the service of the community he has taken the name Dwarfstar in honour of the increased Density he can gain and the energy projection.

What Is Known...

...at first sight: The being known as Omega appears as a bald man of average height with medium dark skin, it could be a tan or mixed heritage but it's hard to tell for certain. Generally he displays little emotion and for a being on a supers team he displays very little in the way of powers when "on the job."

...over time: People will notice that Omega is a bit of a paradox. He is very curious about just about every subject and will take any opportunity to learn. What is odd is that while he is extremely technically skilled and knowledgeable he seems to have no concept of much of basic human interaction and culture. It's as though he grew up in some remote place alone. Other's have commented that he is almost childlike in the way he seeks to learn as much as possible about everything around him.

...with a little digging: Whoever Omega is there is very little information about him. Omega showed up in Harmony City with the hero known as Brightstar recently and despite extensive searches no official data can be found about them before that time.

314-Omega is a sentient colony or swarm of nanites. As such its body is composed of a mass of highly advanced nano-scale machines which are capable of manipulating his appearance and shape easily and are configurable for a wide variety of tasks.

"Omega Class Nanomachine Body" - Omega is made up of Sigman Series Nanites that were heavily modified by the alien scientist Arzimeth. Arzimeth dubbed the new machines Omega class due to their ability to tape into an harness Omega Energy. 314-Omega's body is highly resistant to physical damage though energy tends to have a greater effect on him. Further the self replicating machines can, with time and sufficient resources, reactivate Omega from all but total destruction. He is also capable of a wide spectrum of sensory input granting him visual acuity beyond the human norm in darkness, the ability to perceive infrared and ultraviolet spectrum, and the ability to view small scale objects easily.

"Mnemonic Nano-Fluid" - An electro-sensitive mimetic fluid created and controlled by its outermost layer of nanites the Mnemonic Nano-fluid provides Omega with the ability to alter his outermost appearance at will. His is particularly adept at simulating humanoids but is capable of assuming an form limited only by his total mass.

"Epsilon Grade Communications System" - Programming added to the stock Sigma Class nanites allows Omega to understand and speak all spoken languages with only the barest study period required. Similarly he is able to decipher any codes and written languages easily as well as communicate with machines and technology. With a minimum of effort he can also send and receive encrypted Radio communications with a range of up to five miles.

"Omega Matrix" - The pinnacle of Arzimeth's technical achievement, and the most powerful addition to the Sigma nanites which prompted their creator to re-dub them as Omega Class, the Omega Matrix is less a thing and more another layer of programming within 314-Omega's makeup. The Omega Matrix allows 314-Omega to tap into Omega Enegery (zero point energy as it is known on earth). This allows it to perform tasks that would require far more power than normal nanites are able to generate and exert. So far Omega has displayed the ability to form an optimized Humanoid body with exception strength, speed, and regenerative powers. In addition it can use a Nano-Molecular Disassembler attack to disassemble any complex matter into its base atomic structure in mere seconds. Techno Interference and Machine Interface and Control to shut down or control any technological devices. Finally it can assume an amorphous liquid state, known as the Nano-Robotic Fluid State, that allows for enhanced defensive capability.

Created by the alien scientist Arzimeth, 314-Omega is an experiment in pushing nanotechnology far beyond the limits of current Galactic science. Starting with the most advanced nanites he could acquire, the Sigma 314 Series created buy Altaz Heavy Industries, Arzimeth added in self replication protocols and began programming the swarm for more and more advanced tasks and interactions. The larger the swarm built itself the more capable of accepting complex commands it got. Arzimeth’s ultimate goal was to incorporate Omega Technology into the swarm’s capability. Normally nanite swarms used photo-voltaic energy generation to function. This limited the mass of a swarm due to the surface area requirements to absorb enough light to function optimally. If the swarm could be programmed to harness Omega Technology it could harness energy directly from subspace, so called Zero Point Energy. Arzimeth succeeded and the swarm was able to increase in mass significantly without needing to maintain an exponentially greater surface area.

Eventually 314-Omega reached a level of complexity that Arzimeth theorized would give rise to self awareness. Deciding that he needed to remove the experiment to an uninhabited world where a controlled lab could be set up he put 314-Omega into stasis. En route to his new lab the small spacecraft transporting 314-Omega under armed guard experienced catastrophic engine failure and crash-landed on the level 3 world known as Sol-3, or Earth. The crash damaged the stasis systems and 314-Omega awoke, the swarm gaining self awareness within a matter of hours. Though the pilot was killed in the crash the guard was only injured, and 314-Omega was able to repair Brightstar's injuries. Together the two have been traversing south from the Canadian wilderness.

Description:

In its natural state 314-Omega is a bipedal humanoid with two arms. Standing roughly 1.8 meters in height and weighing 141 kilograms its external appearance is a grayish silvery metal with blunted features. Through the use of a Mnemonic Nano-Fluid produced by its nano-cells (nanites) it can assume any humanoid form easily and with great accuracy. Similarly Omega can take on the appearance of any item of the same mass to a lesser degree of accuracy. Cutting into either disguise will show the silvery nanite mass beneath. Its current “default” human form is roughly the same height with dark skin and bald. Omega fashions clothing from the Nano-fluid tending to adapt its appearance to those around him or from images in media (TV, magazines, etc). Using the Omega Matrix it can perform a wide variety of tasks by configuring its body to suit the task.

Personality:

314-Omega is very much a blank slate. Having just recently attained sentience there is much to social interaction that is lost on it. Humor and sarcasm confound it and emotion in general is not understood. Though it is getting better at picking up and properly using colloquialisms and slang Omega speaks very precisely and formally most times. Omega is curious about most things, seeking to assimilate knowledge and at time technology.

Charles Alvarez, Carlos to his friends on the University of Florida – Harmony City (UFHC), is the son of one of the eight’s greatest heroes, the first Primax. Primax was a municipal defender in Philadelphia and died defending that great city. Charles and his mother, super-model Valencia Alvarez moved to Harmony City shortly after the city lost its super team. His mother was hoping to raise her son away from the super hero limelight that had cost her a life mate (Primax and Valencia were never married).

All was going along as she wished until Charles’ senior year in high school. His powers manifested and he became a sudden sensation in the City. He attended the local university and did a little super heroing on the side. He remains a local celebrity and when the city decided to create a team of new municipal defenders everyone knew that Charles, the new Primax, would be a part of it – even before he had decided.

Now Charles finds himself a somewhat reluctant hero. Certainly he wants to do the right thing, but he knows the risks better than most and he knows this is the last thing his mother wants for him. Worse, the city itself seems to be counting on him to do things he knows are beyond his capabilities, but what is a hero to do?

Kallen "Brightstar" Price is a very attractive young woman gifted with the ability to prject energy bolts and to fly. She is possessed of superhuman toughness as well. She appears to be a Twenty three year old mutant.

She stands at 5'10, and has shoulder-length platinum-blonde hair. Her eyes are bright Yellow, and glow when she uses her powers. She wears fairly normal clothing, though she tends to dress in things that don't restrict her movement. Usually a tee shirt and blue jeans is her most common attire.

She openly revels in her powers and does her best to make a positive impact using them. It's for this reason that she's decided to go to Harmony City to help them there.

The real story-

Brightstar is an alien security officer on her first assignment from the Mintaka Confederacy when the ship she was traveling on passed near the third planet of the Sol system, there was a gravitic anomally which pulled the ship to Earth, causing it to crash in the Candaian wilderness. The pilot was slain and the crash had an unforseen side effect of activating the cargo of the ship.

The current cover story is that Brightstar is a mutant known by her human name of Kallen Price. She chose to be known as a mutant as it explained her powers much more easily and with less hassle than the truth would have caused. She's learned Terran English and Spanish as She is currently going to answer Harmony City's call for superheroes.

What Is Known...

... At a Glance: Doctor Roxanne Richardson is a woman of indeterminate age, maybe in her late twenties. She is Caucasian with sharp green eyes and white hair. She seems eccentric but very intelligent; polite, but slightly aloof.

... Over Time: Roxanne obviously is, or rather was, a scientist of some sort, her bookshelves bursting with science texts and science fiction and fantasy novels. She seems to alternate between stretches where her looks are static and times when she doesn't seem to sport the same outfit or hairstyle twice. She doesn't drive a car, is a bit of a neat freak, and locks her room when she sleeps or is alone. She has a beginner's interest in the occult, which she seems to be trying to fit into existing scientific paradigms with great difficulty.

... With Some Digging: Roxanne hails from Seattle originally, and has a mother and sister still living there. Her father died in a car accident that left her paralyzed; both she and a close friend named David were recently the subject of miraculous recoveries at the local hospital, which netted some publicity and left both of them able to walk. Roxanne seemed to have a fondness for cryptids - unusual and rare animals - while working as a researcher. She is currently unemployed and living off her savings.

Roxanne doesn't look like a human being at all, but rather a kitsune - a humanoid fox-woman with orange, white and black fur, pointed ears atop her head, and three bushy tails. When she's not taking the time to maintain the illusion of a human form, she can use her magical powers in many other ways.

- Perfect Illusion: Vixen's signature power is the ability to turn anything into anything else. This is technically an illusion, but the illusion is so perfect it is all but indistinguishable from reality, though the magically inclined may notice a strong magical aura on the affected person or object. Vixen transforms a target by pointing at it and announcing what it's about to become.

- Blue Fire: Vixen can also manifest, and throw, a ball of magical blue fire.

- Healing: Vixen can make a wound 'not real' - causing it to shimmer and vanish.

- Counterspell: Vixen can also nullify other magical effects, causing the spells themselves to unravel.

- Flight: Vixen can treat gravity as a selective illusion, lifting herself off the ground.

- Protection: Vixen, like many supernatural beings, is difficult to injure. Wounds quickly vanish as if they never were. This ability functions even when she is feigning a human form, though being injured may disrupt her control over the illusion.

Roxanne's injury is a matter of public record, as is her recent miraculous recovery from the same. The cause of her recovery is something she tries to keep secret.

As a researcher, one of the animals she was slated to study was a small fox with three tails. However, before she could begin any earnest study, armed men with guns came to steal it. In the midst of the chaos, while trying to free the animal, Roxanne was bitten by it. She blacked out and woke up in the hospital, no longer paralyzed and with white hair - along with a nagging feeling that something about her had changed.

When she discovered that her friend David was shot and his spine injured in the fight, she knew instintively that she could help him, but that there would be a cost. She paid it, nullifying the illusionary shape that made her look human and using her powers to repair David's broken form. David is alive, well, and very grateful; the cost, however, is that Roxanne now has to concentrate slightly to use her powers on herself and look normal. (In OOC terms, the animal possibly used a more permanent Transform effect on Roxanne, which she counterspelled.)

Not long after, Roxanne had her first precognitive vision, depicting a world skewed by forces unknown. It is this vision, more than any other, that drives her to the job of civic superhero.

Ditto is an adaptable metamorph. He can shift the atoms and molecules of his body (and
whatever clothing he is wearing) to change his appearance. As a result he can cause
himself to look and sound like an exact duplicate of any human, humanoid, or

is so exact that he can precisely duplicate retina patterns, finger, palm and skin-pore

Bobby Booberman was the sort of boy that only a mother could love. No, really, only his mother could love him. Everyone else thought the little scamp was a hellion spurt directly from the loins of the devil himself. However, since he had an incredibly weak constitution and failing health most people felt sorry for him and simply tolerated his tantrums, foolishness, foul language and most of all his passion for hurting others' feelings through out his entire life.

In truth, Bobby Booberman, suffering from an inflamed anus as a result of the genetic shafting he received at birth, just wanted to be accepted by everyone else, but the more he saw everyone enjoying their nice lives while he was trapped within his plastic bubble just infuriated him like... like a... very much akin to... well, he was pretty pissed, okay? The only thing that ever seemed to calm his severe temper was his comic book collection, in particular, his favorite superhero 'Ditto'.

Bobby was rotten to the core, but sharp as a tack (to him put it). By age 41 he'd mapped the human genome with the assistance of 3.8 terabytes of biology, genetics, and chemistry PDFs he'd downloaded off Limewire, although most of the information contained within his hard drive PDFs was pointless intellectual drivel that was, of course, well below his awesome cranial might. Pointless long words, and inane text involving... well... scientific stuff, didn't interest Bobby in the slightest. Oh no, the real power, Bobby knew, was in the pictures. He liked pictures.

As he looked at the pictures, stifling a snicker as the 'girlie parts' made an appearance, the sinister Bobby went to work. Charts and diagrams were printed out and spread out across his bubble-room floor and it was in the diagrams that he discovered the cure for his ailment. A concoction to rid himself of his genetic deformity... FOREVAR!! WUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahaaa...

Ahh...

Uh... heh...

As he begun brewing his chemical savior from common raw ingredients found throughout most households such as, a raw egg, drain cleaner, conditioner, ground soap, windex, and a smidgen of hot sauce (to help it go down smoother), Bobby was unaware of events transpiring around him. See, the charts and diagrams, by absolute coincidence were set down on his floor in a pattern that corresponded precisely with an ancient arcane ritual that had the power to summon forth the Demon Lord Halitosis, Ruler of all Bad Breath who had been sealed away for a long time in a dark prison realm.

Also, coincidentally, Halitosis loved hot sauce and although Bobby Booberman was quite insane and well on his way to pushing daisies the moment he chugged his genetic altering concoction that would no doubt give Darwinists a very strong argument in the up coming year, fate intervened.

As Bobby Booberman chugged his brew, fueled by hatred and spite for all humanity, the arcane ritual set in motion by pictures from high school text books had already started. As Bobby choked on his poison brew within the circle, coincidentally, the time struck the seventh second, of the seventh minute, of the seventh hour, in the seventh week, of the seventh month, seven years after the movie Seven had been released onto DVD.

That has nothing to do with anything, but it's an interesting fact that you can pass long to your friends.

Lured by the scent of hot sauce, Halitosis sprang from his foul realm of stinkiness and promised Bobby awesome power never before imagined, if he could just get a hit of the hot sauce he'd been jonesing for for an eternity. About to die, Bobby gasped... "Arrghh.... <cough>." Which, coincidentally, meant "Yeah, sure bro, help yourself." in ancient demon-speak.

As Halitosis chugged his hot sauce Bobby Booberman was infused with demonic power that ultimately saved his life. As the surge of reality altering power coursed through him a vile, hellfire fueled explosion ripped a conduit open and pulled forth Bobby's one time childhood hero: Ditto. Along with several of Ditto's arch enemies as well.

Demonic power came with a price however, as the newly awakened Bobby Booberman gathered his new found collection of supervillians around him to begin his plans for conquest he realized that, while no longer dying, he was still weak and frail with incredibly bad breath; his curse for making a deal with a demon.

From that moment on the hellfire wielding Bobby Booberman became Doctor Dag'Nasty, Lord of the Mystic Arts of Demony-things. Hater of all life, defiler of all purities, in short: a super, callous, fragile, mystic, hexed by Halitosis.

Ditto was thrown from the blast of hellfire, several miles away, in fact, where he landed in Harmony City. Now, trapped in alternate reality with evil doers of ungoodness all about him he's set out to right the wrongs of rightness. He feels responsible for the events that pulled himself and his arch enemies through into this world and has vowed to stop at nothing until they are returned to their rightful dimension.

He might stick around though, the food in Harmony City is just awesome.

Ditto is slowly finding his legs in his new reality. Being torn from his 2-D world of ink and paper has certainly had a profound effect on him; since he came to Harmony City with no 'real world' knowledge at all. Although still learning at a steady pace Ditto is none to bright and has unfortunately learned a majority of his education from the people he's 'dittoed' or from re-runs of The Real World.

Friendly, and never short on energy, Ditto is hyperactive and always ready for some fun. Emotions like sadness, depression, and apathy just don't seem to be in his nature, or he has yet to develop those emotions within his psyche. With his malleable form changing abilities he's prone to changing into people and mocking them, as a five year-old might mock his parent. On occasion he also has spat forth a 'Litany of Curses' comprised of the most horrific and vulgar things ever to be spoken. It's speculated that this taint left behind from the demonic magics that pulled him into this world.

Within his chest beats a heart of true valor however. Even when he knew nothing of the world in which cast Ditto just seemed to know, as if by instinct, that great heroes we're needed and it was his destiny to be one. Although he possesses no special powers to ward off fear or hopelessness Ditto does not know the meaning of the word 'quit' (some dispute it's because he's stupid, but we assure you it's because he's lionhearted). He will never give up, or give in, and will not accept that evil has one the day. For Ditto, there is always a way.

The boy's a garbage disposal. Until recently he was a 2-D drawing with no taste buds. But now! Now Ditto spends a majority of his time easting just about everything not nailed down. He lacks people skills in this department and will often just swipe the food that belongs to other people, whether they're looking or not. So far science has been unable to explain where he puts it all. The boy can eat, and eat, and eat, aaaand eat... and still be hungry without ever gaining a pound.

What is known

at first sight: Silas is in his early 30's though he looks far older than his years. He has short blond hair and dark green eyes.

over time: Silas was once a struggling stage magician, who disappeared from the a few years ago, and only recently reappeared back in the city. He is a loner, and tends to shy away from others, preferring to spend his time studying arcane lore. Recently though a new spark has been seen in his eyes and he slowly seems to be coming out of his shell.

What Is Known...

...at first sight: Eight looks exactly like the former Paragon Defender Lady Harmony. If there is more to her than perfect resemblance to the city’s beloved and revered Superheroine has yet to be determined.

...over time: Eight has a naïve kind of curiosity as if she is watching the world through the eyes of an innocent child. Yet she seems to have recollection that sometimes don’t seem to add up which regularly confuses her. Eight has yet to find her place in the world.

...with a little digging: Since the PC is about to be introduced there isn’t much yet to post here wink. Eight has two small tattoos. One on the inside of her right wrist and one on the back of her neck in the shape of the number 8 each.

...at first sight: Ghost is a pretty typical girl of 19. She's a bit on the thin side, but in an athletic way instead of an anorexic way. She loves her iPhone, listening to pop music, and shopping. Ghost can fly and walk through walls. She figures she'll be useful for search and rescue, and recon.

...over time: Ghost is smarter and more thoughtful than a typical girl. She misses her friends back in New York, and talks to them often, but she's also trying to make new friends in Harmony City. Though she likes shopping and having nice clothes, she understands the value of money, and is comparatively conservative with her spending. She hopes to save enough money from this job so that she can go to a decent college. She doesn't like her real name, and won't tell you what it is. She speaks Spanish and Russian in addition to English. She won't carry a weapon.

...with some digging: Ghost had a liberal upbringing. She did a lot of gymnastics when she was younger. She'll show you some if you're really nice. She gets angry in conversations about Russia, being upset about the corruption and the conditions for most of the people. Her compassion for people in general is consistent, but Russia is close to her heart. She is friendly and engaging enough that most people enjoy time with her, but she's holding something back that isn't easy to figure out.

"Ghost mode": Ghost can become insubstantial and pass through solid materials. She can extend this ability to anyone touching her or next to her. This is great if people are trapped under debris or grappled.
