She usually dresses in conservative business suits carries a clipboard with her on every occasion and is very dedicated to her job. She tries to maintain her professionality around Novas with perfect logistical preperation. She doesn't like to be caught by surprise and if so she faints a little smile and instantly changes the subject to more comfortable territory. Ms. Baxter is hard to bargain with but not stubborn. She obviously tries to prove her worth to OC each time she gets an important assignment.She has been just recently (3 months ago) assigned to Team 7 which will soon enter Phase 2 of their assigned roles.
