Detailed Physical Description

Jennifer D'Lancy is attractive, but not overly so. She's a petite being, with lightly tanned skin. She keeps her sandy-coloured hair in a pony-tail, which is generally tied back by a simple neutral-coloured band. Her ice-blue eyes have combined with the rest of her features to cause many a dressing room to be filled with flowers from anonymous admirers.

Clothing-wise, Jennifer prefers to keep her clothing basic. She performs in a general women's orchestral uniform (ie long skirt with a light, matching jacket), but outside of performance, she tends to wear shirts that is a size or two too big for her, and wear a nice, understate sarong with sandals. She's not a sexual being; most of that energy is put into her music.

Orchestra's abilities are somewhat sedate compared to many novas, but what she does she does well. She has the capacity to play back perfectly any musical composition she hears, and is capable of extrapolating and improving said composition perfectly, and within the original piece's style. She has perfect pitch down to thousandths of a note, and as a side effect is able to instantly determine whether she has heard a voice and/or sound before. As may be obvious, she is master of almost any instrument she touches, and is able to master any other instrument in a matter of seconds.

She also has the ability to clone herself multiple times, allowing her to (on occaison) fill in the vast majority of seats in an orchestra (hence the name). If she chooses to conduct (which she rarely does, she prefers to play), she also has the capacity to improve the performance of another orchestra, merely by directing them effectively.</font></td></tr><tr valign="top"> <td nowrap><font></b></font><font size="2" color="#000000"></font> </td></tr><tr valign="top" bgcolor="#000000"> <td nowrap>

</td></tr><tr valign="top"> <td><font>

Jennifer D'Lancy is a quiet being, who obviously did not choose the life she's leading. While she enjoys her music, and would balk at being forced into another vocation, another part of her yearns to be able to ditch the crowds and simply <i>play</i>. She has a kind soul, and tries to live an understated life, and thus chooses to donate much of the proceeds of her performances to different charities, and occaisonally Project Utopia.

As such, she tends to perform quite often just on the streets of the city she's in, often bringing in great crowds, and often bringing traffic to a standstill. Her "free playing" tends to anger her handlers, who look very closely at the bottom line, and would much prefer she only play where people had to pay to hear. Jennifer, obviously, detests her handlers, and many times has jumped city without them. As would naturally follow, Jennifer's contract is a tenuous thing, and when it lapses, Jennifer certainly does not intend to renew.

</td></tr><tr align="center"> <td colspan="2" valign="top"><font> <p align="left"> Jennifer D'Lancy was always a prodigy. At 11, she had learned her chosen instrument, the violin, to near master level. Born to two classical musicians, both prodigies in their own right, Jennifer inherited her parent's sense of wonder at the power of music, and the three of them made a living by performing at trendy bars all across New York. This did not give them fame and fortune, but for the three of them, it was enough.<p align="left">However, one night, during a particularly powerful performance, Jennifer, for no apparent reason, simply erupted. She began to perform, more powerfully, and with greater skill, than anyone had ever thought possible. By the end of the performance, there was not a dry eye in the house at that piece. Not even the performers had escaped the power of the music.<p align="left">Jennifer's Parents took her to a Rashoud facility, who essentially told the parents that although she had erupted, there really was not much they could really do. Musical Prodigies they did not have, and they did not know how to train one to the best of their abilities.<p align="left">As such, Jennifer and her parents took to the road. Jumping from city to city, they inevitably got the attention of promoters everywhere. While at first, the promoters were happy to include the parents in on the gig, slowly but surely, her parents started going further and further into the background, eventually falling off the wagon completely. While they still stayed with Jennifer, noone could argue that there were very few people who could truly complement Jennifer.

Today, Jennifer continues touring the world with her parents at her side. She and her parents have made no secret of their dislike of the world they have been thrust into, and the instant their contract expires, it is certain that they will drop off the world stage, and return to performing, only for the love of the music.</font></td></tr></table></td></tr></table></td></tr></table>
