z-Carver
Alright, I'm going to be the one to start the ubiquitous "What are you doing for the holidays?" post. And I'm going to roll in the whole "What do you want for Christmas?" thing in, too. So...What are you going to be doing for the holidays? My sister says she's coming to see me and we'll have a small dinner - probably at a local Chinese restaurant! I imagine we'll exchange gifts and have a long sisterly chat, as sisters will do.What do you want for Christmas? I want to know that Amped is safe. I don't need a lot else. Wakinyan
I want the sky again. As for what I am doing.. I dunno really my schedule is just booked.
Doctor Nova Madigan
I'll have dinner on Christmas Eve with Mom, Aunt (she still doesn't want me to tell her name), Uncle Herbert, and my cousins Rita and Michael. My family doesn't do anything on Christmas Day, so that we can all visit with friends or just loaf around.Wakinyan, can you have visitors? I know we haven't met, but I'd love to visit. Wakinyan
I really dunno if I can for Christmas or not yet. Though perhaps. I will drop you a line and let you know about it.

Edward
It depends on if I get my Christmal Present.I asked Christopher for a list of people I could help that wasn't business related. He said he'd work on it.I've got my fingers crossed.

Tommy Tomorrow
I'm putting off my trip back to the States for a week while I wait to see what's going to happen Ms Hino's situation. First stop is in New York to update some of my virtual software at my publisher then I hope to get to Chicago. Its actually business but I'll make the time to stop by and see you. ,,Quote:Originally posted by Wakinyan: I want the sky again. When did you lose it?We can talk more when I get to Chicago but in the meantime I really recommend you read something by Walt Whitman. It's called Songs of Myself and has a great deal to do with your situation. Most people only know a single line, "I am large, I contain multitudes" but there's much more to it than that. I think it might put your circumstances into perspective. They are only circumstance and subject to change.

Tommy Tomorrow
I'm doing lots of shopping for my family while admiring the really awesome Christmas Displays in Tokyo. It's a very commerical holiday here, more than even in America, but its beautiful even if it is a little cold. I'm putting off my trip back home for a a little while to take care of something that might be important, but I'll be there in time for Christmas.Snow to desert in less than a day. Vitally important when you're bringing cats with you. The computer gets to sit in the dark while I'm gone and ponder its mistake in overwriting project files.I love the modern world. I'm doing okay so nothing is really on my Christmas list except spending some time with the family.
Neil Preston
For me, its the bi-annual family gathering of the O'Neils. Damn, but there will be over a hundred of us this year. I can't wait for the family rugby game, Sons vs. Daughters. Last year the Sons cheated and we Daughters want REVENGE!
Amped
Damn, no wonder I don't go to the forum, nobody reads what you say.I'm not going to kill Wakinyan. I just think he should be killed. So go and hunt all you want, I won't be on your little list.
Neil Preston
Wrong thread, buddy, and the warning was generalized. It isn't like you are the only one kicking my Bro when he's down.Oh, yea ... Merry Christmas.
Amped
Yeah I'm new to the OpNet give me a break. If anything does happen to Wakinyan though, I'm likely to be defending him. Call it my screwed up sense of justice if you will, but I just despise seing a Nova being attacked by another Nova.
Neil Preston
Hey, that doesn't make my day, either. If we would all try walking a mile in the other guy's shoes before pulling out the Quantum Death, maybe we would have a bit less of this kick-ass = problem solving. Ptesan-Wi
Surprisingly to me, I have been invited as a guest at another nova's home for the holidays. It will be a nice change of pace, I think; I'm a little tired of being snowbound.
Sakurako Hino
SighThis year... Christmas has just been... uneventful and boring. I made no plans and allowed none to happen.Sometimes the best gift is peace and quiet.Between placing some walls in my new home. My domes aren't inflate and forget... it does take some internal planning.Heh... I guess having a home for Christmas is good enough for me. Cade
Christmas this year just isn't the same. With Dad gone, alot has fallen to me to do. Unfortunately that doesn't sit well with many members of the family. I'm hoping that for at least one day the feuds will be suspended so that the children at least enjoy themselves.Okay, enough venting, it's back outside to the smokers. Gotta mind the ducks and geese or they'll cook too long. It's actually snowing here, that hasn't happened in quite some time..
Jager
Alone again on Christmas. Not how I intended things, but the way it turned out. Maybe I'll stop in and see how some of my friends are. Don't know right now. Still working.
Cade
Well Jager if you'd like, you're welcome to come to my home. There's plenty of good food and music. The roast birds came out pretty good. everyone's pretty much waiting for the turkey to finish at the moment. The family is behaving, the kids are playing and everyone's enjoying themselves.PM me if you'd like to come.

Gerald Haney
Holiday's with family both biological (mom, dad and co.) and chosen (Tarot, Willy, W.D. and co.) were fun and invigorating.Tarot throws a meaner party but Mom and Dad have the inside track when it comes to homestyle love.
