I'll have location and time soon, I just wanted everyone to know to mark the date.It's July 2nd (we'll pretend it's the Fourth) and there are two rules:1) No one talks about the fucking trial. Not one word about it. I'm fucking sick of it already and it is not invited to the party.2) This party is open to baselines, so bring your families. If having zips or whatever you call baselines this week around is going to ruin your fun or require you to ruin their fun, you can stay the fuck home. These are my family and friends - my dad has said he's coming, so if you can't behave like a polite member of Homo sapien novas you can't come.More details soon. Jael Carver Posted June 26, 2011 Author Share Posted June 26, 2011 Ok, it took some effort (read, I have to do some favors for people), but I have the top floor of the western-most wing of the Marriott Phoenix in Mesa, AZ. The northeast-facing rooms will have the food and things like playstation setups with games that Sunshine says are fun (now you know who to blame). The southwest-facing rooms will be hang-out area, and that's where we'll watch the Mesa FIREWORKS Extravaganza presented by the Chicago Cubs. My dad will be there; those of you following the news know he had a heart attack recently. He's sworn he'll be there, so if he shows up in a gurney or whatever, no one react badly. I'm serious. He's asked me to do it this year, for the 4th, and given his state, Dad pretty much gets anything he wants right now. But I expect you to spend Canada Day with us the day before for a BBQ at our new home. Yes, I just finalized purchase for the place on Nordic Drive and I've put the penthouse on the market. It's a pretty sweet place - though left me low on liquid assets - and best of all... private. The reporters and paparazzi practically had the apartment building on lock-down.And I'm glad that I'll finally get the chance to meet Donna and Robert. YES!Girl, you're Sunshine's friend, and I rented Xboxes or playstations or something because he said, "Make sure there's something fun for people who don't want to talk to everyone all night." So come, bring your friend that Sunshine has mentioned, even your dad if you want. Just remember rules 1 and 2. I doubt you'll make that a problem though.
