[OpNet] Looking to make some chump-change.

Thought I'd post this here. I'm having a yard-sale of sorts to get rid of alot of excess junk. Here's some of the more notable... goodies.

1: I have multiple inflatable domes I designed as prototypes for portalbe space habitats. No, you can't use them in space. Yes, they make perfect camping gear since they're only 15 meters in diameter. 300$ US.

2: Old servers of various ages, all no older than 5 years. selling for 100$ for the oldest to 1000$ for the latest that's only 6 months old.

3: Lots and LOTS of old Op-terminal games. All on milti-platform chips. Ranging from 5$ to 25$.

4: Old clothes. Varying prices. Nothing too expensive.

5: Old furniture. Again, varying prices.

If anyone wants to stop by and check out Crazy Sakurako's clearance dome, stop on by.

Sorry, I save the Buck Rogers stuff for me. ^_^

And you know me, Alex, I sorta... overdo things. You want me to work on your car, I'd probably not make it faster, but I'd sure as heck make it safer. It's just a VERY odd habit of mine. That, and I like having room. If I have to be constantly be bending over to enter and exit a tent, and not have room for my camping gear, I'm one sad panda.

They were prototypes. I only used one of them at the Pow-Wow as a storage dome/living quarters.

Your mileages may vary. Besides, 7.5 meters isn't that tall... Worse comes to worse, you could have it as a portable house for family vacations or something... And, since they're spacious, you don't have to worry about room.

I have about 20 I fabricated as demonstration models for various space agencies, to show them what I was talking about. Nothing more.

You know... if anyone wants me to make them ACTUALLY spaceworthy, I could modify them for you... All they need is a pressure reguator, life support attachments, and a collapsable airlock.

I really didn't think she needed one laugh , but I was hoping that she just had one laying around so that I could buy it for cheap. I would appreciate the contact. I don't have any money, but it never hurts to shop around. Especially today, the day after Thanksgiving.

I think that's what everyone's been doing Conduit, it's actually funny to sit and watch them scramble over things that were outdated a year ago yet because of the cheap price the get up at 4 am and fight each other for them. I was at a Wal-Mart this morning and they were fighting over crazy things.. irons, toys, ovens, stuff that they probably already had 2 of but wanted one more because it was cheap.

AV02.gif Rampant, unchecked commercialism.

I think Sak has got the right idea. Charge just enough for the stuff to use online services and then move it out to clear the closet. I hope she enjoys the thought of me cruising the Marianas Trench cause I know I'll get a jolt out of it. At the very least she can chuckle thinking of me sitting on the bottom of the ocean with an instruction manual trying to figure out why the engine won't start.

Thank you for purchasing the Nautilus IXX personal submersible. With proper care it should provide years of enjoyment. Be sure to read the manual completely before attempting to operate...

Oops.

Wait a minute! That's not funny!
Now Tarot, if you can see the hull cracking, you still have time. Run for the engine compartment and slam the watertight door shut.

If you are in the engine compartment when it cracks ... well, you have the perfect moment to create your final masterpiece (worth millions)
...
or, you could suddenly develop another nifty power that gets you out/protects you (hey, it happens).

AV08.gif I'm hoping for a second date with a novox artist but the Marianas Trench thing might be more likely. Luckily I have faith and optimism on my side.

Although with submarines, reading the manual is looking like a pretty smart idea too. Creating a masterpiece under pressure (no pun meant) is a noble goal but so is being alive to do the next one.

Yeah, being around to enjoy all that posthumous glory, acclaim, and riches would be sweet.

Not to mention all those women who would be claiming that they slept with you/loved you/bore your love-child, ect.

Hm. Unfortuantely no, but, I can make something fast. Thing is, my design style is more toward full bodysuits. Although I could design you a bodysuit with a snap or zipper system in the back and or sides that allow you to slip your wings through slits or sleeves with no effort.

All the stuff I got for sale is full-body. At least in the skin-tight category.

Liquid Latex, Saimhe. Next best thing after eufiber for form fitting and freedom of movement. I did spray jobs when the Amp Room was in season. A little risque but artfully done. That's how I got in tight with some of the regulars. I could send you some sketches of stuff I did so you and your fiance could have some creative time.

Pain Alert!!

Unless you're tough or... Smooth... Follow the directions for covering sensitive spots that have hair.

Hmmm... You dissapoint me. I could make you all that and then some. I'd give you the Hokuto, but that's an essential part of my jet-setter lifestyle. ~.^

So, I can whip you up something new I guess. Perhaps a 21st century version of a flying boat?

Oh wait... You said does not need to be submersible... Hehehe.... The mind boggles...

No, the Hokuto is much too big for my purposes and I am more interested in your surplus. All I require is something simple, relatively small, VTOL capable (if airborne), and able to travel long distances. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated.

Nah, just want to be ready for the unexpected or for the times we need to move something bigger than you can take along.

Besides, you know I would not go anywhere without you. wink

And thank you, Sakurako, I appreciate it.

Spooky is the word that comes to mind. Although I'm glad it works out for you and Long. Maybe I'll feel differently after I get a good relationship going long term.

You'll have fun with the latex. Great stuff! I'll send along the sketchs shortly and take a close look at the Egyptian pectoral designs. These take a little practice and more than a little patience but I think it would look good on you.

With beefy guys I find it works better to just to go with the minimalist approach when using latex. Don't try to cover much just concentrate on the designs.

Liquid latex sounds like a good idea if I get bored some time and I want to paint Singularity. laugh Thanks for the suggestion.
Did I read this right? You teleport through books?

You really don't need it you know. You are as strong as you wish to be.
