They think Novas are Demons/devils/possessed/plain evil etc. Proper evangelical nutters if you ask me. Personally I think they're just jelousy coz God didn't grant them wonder-powers so we must all be evil. Don't really know too much about them, but I think there was some scandal a few years back when one of them shot himself in the head live on TV because he had errupted. And from what I've heard this wouldn't be the first time they've 'targeted' the families of Novas. Which shows what they're like. I hope this is another Church of Michael. Either way you need to realize these people might be after you. But unlike the last group that was chasing you these just want to put a bullet in your head. So you either need to run like hell when you see them (Hope you see them first) or you kill them. I will tell you right now killing them doesnt make them go away it just buys you time. Some of the COma boys were on last year's pitch tape.Give it a decade or so. It's horrible as hell...but maybe ahead of it's time. Entertainment keeps getting more and more brutal every year. If your father has just recently joined these nut cases then it will not be too difficult to reverse that belief system. In a way this is similar to the deprogramming techniques that are used when people are kidnapped back from cults by their families. It's just a lot more direct and less time consuming. As I've said many of times, I really don't know if they're my real parents, I have no memories of them whatsoever. I was just asking abotu CoMA because my mother sent me a letter saying my father was a member, she didn't say for how long, or explain what CoMA was. I'm not going to bother helping him get any better. I probably wouldn't shed a tear if I found out he died tonight. I've been given a new life for a reason. Obviously this typically involves death on the part of the person being "saved." The Church would love to "purify" everyone here, but I am afraid you specifically may have gained their attenion.You should thank your mother: she has brought a threat to you to your attention. Neither side is clearly right in this debate. Killing the killers will not bring the dead back, nor will it fully stop the killing, then again most people who think that killing is away to stop problems often forget that those they kill are not islands in the world.I agree that said group is not to be dealt with lightly, and turning a blind eye, or the other check will not stop them. I do say that meeting their hate with more or equal hate will only give them more fire to spit at you. So please look into ways of challenging them in a way that will take way their reasons to hate you. Look out for the best way to deal with problems in the long run, because dealing with short cuts,and easy fixes causes more pain in the end. I've dealt with them before and you'd be suprised how far those zealots will go to "purify" us. They've come at me with weapons no sane person would ever use.
