Weirder Stuff is a Trinity Continuum game using an re-imagined version of our AWS setting. In Weirder Stuff (henceforth WS) you will play a teenage high school student caught up in the weird happenings and mysteries in the northern Montana town of Shelly. The characters will begin play as normal humans and will have the opportunity to develop into either Talents or Psions. This is primarily a Modern setting with Thriller, Sci Fi, and Supernatural components.

Modern day. It is December 31, 2018. The ball is about to drop, and the party in Time Square is rocking. Trump’s in office, George W. Bush just died, bomb threats have swept the US and Canada with nothing coming of them, and the US government has been in shutdown for 10 days. Aquaman and Mary Poppins Returns are the top two box office movies, Thank U, Next by Ariana Grande is the top song. Animal print is in on the fashion runways and #2019resolutions is trending on Instagram. All seems right with the world, but that's about to change for a small group of people.

The Breach is closed and Corypheus has been defeated. Ostensibly, the mage's rebellion is over, but even with the installment of Divine Victoria, no new accord for mages outside of the Circle system has been established. The Templar Order and the Seekers of Truth are effectively destroyed, with the memory of the Red Templars still striking horror into the hearts and dreams of the populace. The Grey Wardens are still reeling from their betrayal at Adamant Fortress, but the Blights are not ended and recruiters can still be found wandering the kingdoms of Thedas. In short, the kingdoms of Thedas teeter on the edge of utter chaos as the rules and safeguards of the past thousand years have crumbled to dust. A light must be kindled, or all of Thedas will fall to darkness.
