SkyLion
As a massage therapist, I can tell you that probably 80 to 90 percent of my client's problems have to do with chronic poor posture. "Sitting up straight" has alwasy been a misnomer...the problem tends to be a combination of weak transverse abdominus muscles and overly tight hamstrings...essesntially, proper posture should support the curves of the spine...the curves being what give it its strength and structural integrity.
