Mr Fox Posted January 29, 2010 Share Posted January 29, 2010 Just to let everyone know, my tier 1 support guy that worked for me just got laid off this morning so all of his work load is now on my shoulders on top of the new normal. Two weeks ago they turned on auto-ticketing on every alert that we respond to. Most of my day is now spent doing BS make-work just so the big high mucky-mucks can get better numbers on how much we do around here. We went from doing 250-300 incident tickets per month to 3000+. Surprise, we told them we were busy and they didn't believe us.That means I've got way less time available than I normally would for the site. Things go in waves. Some day's are insane some are slow. If I'm suddenly not around as much that's why. I will try and maintain my posting rate in my current games as much as possible. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
