Where applicable, yes.

And I imagine there will be ample opportunity for seduction AND destruction, even where the acts aren't intertwined.

We will need some way of dealing with powerful do-gooders, after all. They won't all have weak wills.

Rianna doesn't have Influnence, but rather backing, and contacts at high levels since she runs a major corporation and knows people around the world. She doesn't have Influence in that she's not a public Icon, (which for this sort of thing is a blessing) but she is someone who has alot of control over certain things and can find out information if needed.

Char submitted. Also, William doesn't have influence, contacts, allies, or very many resources. There's going to be a lot of development IC for William, including the building of his ego and heading over to 'the dark side'.

From reading the prologues, I'm assuming that everyone has their powers at start and knows how to control them completely?

Then I'll need to tweak my backstory a little, unless there's room for an IC eruption.

I was gonna say...

See, at first, that's how I tried to think of my character. "Not really evil." But as I tried to get into her head and work out her motivations, I very quickly realized that nothing really made sense for her. Evil tends to be so self-destructive, it was hard to come up with a reason that a mega-intelligent character would go that route.

Bloody-minded vengeance or outright sadism aside...but those themes are already very well represented here. smile

Ummm.....my character concept is evil. Not the black-hat-and-moustache evil, but he's definitely not just 'misunderstood' or doing what he's doing 'for the greater good'. He's doing what he wants because he can and doesn't care about other people or what his actions take from them. He can work with others towards a common goal, but he's not going to rescue kittens or back down from a plan just because someone he (or you, or anyone) knows is going to be hurt/killed/ruined/whatever.

That's not going to be a problem, is it?

Also, he's got other motivations than selfishness as well as a backstory to support his callousness and misanthropy, but explination is not excuse for his actions. He's not a hero, anti or otherwise.
