Cam didn't forget the Jaffa, he decided that it would be better not to send the guy ringing back with the bomb plot stirring up security right then. I can see the planning session IC perhaps going on for a few more pages. *[/british-understatement]*Looks like the favored plan is: Telepathic and normal reconnaisance up to a couple of days before to study mannerisms and get any important need-to-knows for the mission, followed up by a Friday evening snatch-and-swap. Our resident shapeshifter then impersonates the target going fishing for the weekend and we give Higgenbottom the waterboarding treatment. His abilities are suited to stealth and combat, and with a pair of shades on he doesn't stand out much. Mr Fox Posted October 31, 2009 Author Share Posted October 31, 2009 Ok, so I am aware that certain not to be named combat oriented character are feeling a little pent up having not yet had the chance to stretch their blood thirsty muscles.Being Halloween, I'm keenly aware that it is a good day to die, or rather it's a good day to do some serious slaughtering. As such, I will be initiating a mission designed to slake their bloodlust.The mission will involve heavy combat, it will take place outside of the regular continuity of the game so don't worry about whether your character is in the middle of something during your scheduled down time or whether it will interfere with regular missions. The show did it all the time where one mission would last several months with a character trapped on a planet or something then in the next episode it was as if that never happened. I won't say that consequences don't matter or won't effect the game, they certainly will, but don't worry about the timing.I'll be posting the opening to the thread shortly.
