I don't remember ever reading that Ragnarockette and Ana Graca Texeira were "partners" or that Glamora had illusion powers.

Is Jinshu Shan a member of T2M? I thought she was just a Utopia nova. As for Jinshu Shan's powers, she has a powerful Force Field. This is given as an example in the main sourcebook's section on Maxing powers...Jinshu Shan's special Force Field maneuver is called "Iron Chariot Stance" or something.

Also, I'm not sure if this is a nova or not, but in the Project Utopia sourcebook sidebar on "India Syndrome" it mentions that someone named The Economist was the one that coined the term India Syndrome. Sounds like a nova name to me.

Ah, gotcha. Thanks!

BTW, I love this thread very much. It has just helped with a LOT of headaches I've been having over figuring out which nova (mentioned briefly in one book) had which powers or which affiliations and was involved with which events.

Wasn't Caroline Fong taken from Bahrain by Divis Mal during the Into the Arms of the Archangel of Wrath story? I seem to recall a line about Mal busting into the facility after besting Pax but before he left - specifically to get Caroline out.

Don't know if you'd consider this relevant. I was just reading Brainwaves and noticed it lists Alex Payne -(aka-Smart Alex)as secretly having X-Ray vision.

What about example characters, the ones used to show how the stats and powers work? I only ask this because half of the characters used as examples are actual novas in the books (Lotus Infinite, Houton Tornado 2, etc.), making me think the other half of the characters might be considered "official" or something.

Also, Lleland Cornwall never joined the Teragen. In the APG he's mentioned as a Project Utopia nova. The line I think you're snagged on is "nice job on Lleland Cornwall" from the message Swarm Queen sent to Sluice in the Teragen book. I believe she simply means that Sluice was able to best Cornwall and escape.

I think it's unclear. If I'm remembering that section correctly, what Sluice was trying to do was convert Cornwall to the path of Teras. The scary part was Sluice was so confident.

The implication by the Swarm Queen was that Cornwall did convert and helped him excape (after all it was Utopia that was holding him, not Cornwell).

On the other hand, that was only an implication and we don't know Sluice's powers... although (I think) in RL a "Sluice" redirects water to pan for gold. He certainly had some form of telepathic or mental abilities, which implies some level of Mega-Manip and/or Perception. Or maybe even precognition...

Or we could just assume he could control water.

But in the APG, which came out after the Teragen book when the timeline was at 2115, he's said to be a Utopian telepath still. I agree it's very unclear in the Teragen book, but I'm pretty sure this solves it.

As for Sluice's powers, I believe they're described in the main sourcebook in Lleland's journal entry, but only barely. He probably has high Psychic Shield at least. Sadly, we know more about his/her powers than we know of Swarm Queen's...

The fact that Sluice took Cornwall with him when he escaped made the news, so people knew about it. Utopia would never allow him back if they thought he was going to be a Terat.

Anyone ever thought of doing the same for a RPG-Post Directory? It would help us all. I don't mean the PC's, we have a forum for that, but for the NPCs that we've mentioned at least a couple times in our work.

Does this list have novas from Underworld? I'd be glad to go through the e-book and compile a list of additions.

Also, on the three novas I mentioned before (Noor, Wah'esh, K'toub) I spelled Tarik ibn'Mahmoud wrong. And they aren't Middle Eastern, they're just familiar with the Middle East region.

Matt, you are as always a treasure we do not deserve.

I have the Nova Census files, and they are great for what they are, but this is another approach to the task that I had never seen before, and I think it does things I wish the Census did. I think they will complement each other nicely.

Again, really appreciate your reconstructing the missing post.
