So cute!!
Inoae is a fragile and hauntingly beautiful young woman with intense hazel eyes and incredibly fair skin. She is skittish and often stares off into the distance, remembering nightmares from her past.

Charisma 3, Manipulation 3, Appearance 4/1, Presence 1
