How long are you looking for post to be and how often?
Dead Rising ~ Olivia: App 2, Cha 2 - Late 20s, brown hair and eyes, mousy.
Quantum Fire ~ Epiphany: App 4, Mega-App 3 [Mr. Nobody, Halo], Cha 5, Mega-Cha 8 [Encourage, Endearing, Sooth, Trustworthy], Man 5, Mega-Man 5 [Clarity, Tactful, Confessor] - Tiger stripped flame colored fur with large wings and amber cat eyes.
Shadow Run ~ Essa: 5 Charisma - Dire-wolf or Troll; Usually clothed in poorly tanned hide with disheveled hair.
Part-Time Gods ~ Windy: CHM 10; Attractive 5 - Six year old with brown hair and hazel eyes, Cuteness Domain; carries a Tinkerbell doll.
Darkness of Space ~ Dove 'Chickadee' Hawke [NPC]: App 5 - Short blond hair, blue eyes, appears to be a fourteen year old normal human female.

I am tempted to blog about Star Wars: The old Replubic once it gets released. Originally I wanted to run that on blogger but I could do it here instead. I have never done anything like this before so it is kinda like an experiment for me.

I am going to be opening up the blog section soon. It will be a beta test of sorts to see how people feel about it. It is a separate section of the site and so that people can have complete control over what they do.

Will the blogs be searchable to people off-site? Will they show up on a main page, like the other blogs did?

They will be searchable by other people. I am not entirely sure how I we should integrate them. The blogs link is in the main menu. I want to have a beta test of sorts so that we can figure out together what purpose they can serve.

Maybe we should just ask everybody what it is they expect out of a blog, even those not interested in writing one.
For my part I generally like them to have some type of common theme or subject matter.
Being that this is a gaming site they should either be in some way related to gaming, or have a subject theme than interests us as a community (which is why I asked if people were interested in a WoT blog before starting it)

I've been kicking around the idea of a blog; working on world-building using a form/guide I have. I was considering building a world to be available for use by everyone here on the boards. Would this be something that would interest people?

The kind of world is to be determined. I was thinking a supernatural Wild West/steam punk as the most likely candidate, as we have a fantasy and space world already created here. I'm taking suggestions.

An oriental inspired "western" could be interesting. A non-space sci-fi setting. A secret agent/spy setting mixed with almost anything else really. A Post Apocalypse setting. Lots of options.
Not that a Wild West/Steampunk setting wouldn't be welcome.
