BlueNinja Posted August 10, 2010 Share Posted August 10, 2010 The NPCs are often infamous for being rule-breaking to an extreme.That said, I'm good with any starting amount from 30-60NP, and most of the original 1998 novas look to be in that range, more of them at the bottom with a few (Pax) at the top. There's even a news article on some splash page which has someone saving a train in a scene right out of superman I decades before N-day.With the exception of him and Mal, I can't think of anyone who needs to be made on more than 30, and if they do we could backdate them too.
