The game uses the BESM 3e system for its engine, which is a nice system for less gritty supers stuff. Setting is a homebrew amalgam, with large chunks mixed from a whole bunch of settings.BESM Vanguard Home PageThe setting is not really described all that much in the web page. However, the player characters all have very extensive and detailed backstories and writeups, well worth reading even if you have no knowledge of BESM/SAS/Tri-Stat at all. In edition, all the sessions to date have been archived as well ( and there's a lot fewer than for Ancient Aberrant! )Enjoy, and feel free to comment.
