    Still alive. Just having major computer issues (HD & video Card going bad) so I am trying to nurse it until I can get a new compy during one of the end of year sales.

    I am working on a new game. I don't know the system yet, but mostly working on history and background. I am close to getting the base history I want to do. Yet I hope it's not short. I am hoping to work up from that with other things.

      Total agreement on that point, though w/out the crush. Listening to "Smooth Operator" on the radio was what turned me on to jazz music in the first place. I've still got all her CDs somewhere...

    I think getting called a harlot was the high point of my day. No, they didn't want to go with slut or whore, they had to reach deep in their vocabulary to come up with something someone from the early 20th century would say. Kudos, asshole, I'm owning that word now. I'm totally a harlot.

      At a stint as a grand juror i listened to some inbred fool actually use the word "jig" to refer to a person of my race. That slur hasn't been in circulation since the 1920s, yet the creature employing it could not have been older than 40. I was so taken aback I couldn't even feel offended.
